Decent for the price

Good place not much to really say, clean, friendly and a good area.

Property is reasonably maintained and the room was clean. There is ample parking. However, the effects of cost-cutting can be seen everywhere. There is no coffee pot in the room and the “supposed” free coffee at the reception is a joke. Stay away if you are a morning coffee person. I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, so can’t comment. There was no cleaning service for the three nights that I stayed and the provided soap was a thin slice of a bar… Well…I looked for a cheapo motel and that’s what I got 😀

They need to move the smoking area away from the front entrance to the property. It is not a very welcoming environment to walk through.

Cheap and convenient place if you just want to sleep overnight. Bed was clean, Bathroom was clean and stocked up with soap, shampoo and towels. Lot of parking spots available. Check-in and check out were smooth. Front desk was pretty helpful. On the flip side, the room had a bad smell. Microwave was missing even though we booked deluxe room. The middle door between 2 rooms could not be latched properly. Overall happy to just sleep for the night and check out if you are visiting Oakville/Burlington and just need a place to sleep.

The room that I got was on the top floor with a non-functional AC and that too in the summer, which gets very hot. The staff did nothing to alleviate the discomfort. Only after I asked for a refund did the hotel staff realized and moved me and my family to another room at 2 in the morning.

The room was very clean and quiet. I really liked that. The food choices in the machines really poor. Bring your own meal or go out to eat. No coffee anywhere. Bring your own. No kettles for hot water. Other than that it is a great average stay in a clean room.

Great hotel we love staying here it’s home Away from home will keep coming back when we can. Great prices quite great customer service
