This is a nice place to stay. Very convenient and close to a lot of amenities. They are going through a renovation right now which was needed but so far is looking great. I got to stay in a renovated room and it was very nicely done. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and nice. I had an issue with the shower but the staff offered to switch me rooms amd I was impressed with the service I got there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also nice and had a great atmosphere. The food prices were reasonable and good. The servers and bartender were very friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Besucht hier im vergangenen Jahr für unser Geburtstag und sagte, wir würden die Kinder dieses Jahr zurückbringenso haben wir...und es war genauso gut wie zuvor! Die kleinen Touchs in diesem Hotel sind, was es groß macht die Nespresso Kaffeehersteller, die Chips und Getränke im Zimmer, die Postkarten, die Sie schreiben und posten können, die Kleider, und mehr. Wir wurden auf einen Seeblick, der groß war, trotz des regnigen Wetters. Jeder meiner Söhne liebte das Poolgebiet mehr als alles andere. Ich denke, wir werden das zu einer jährlichen Sache machen. Die Lage ist eine große Basis, um das Gebiet zu erkunden. In diesem Jahr haben wir einen Kurs in der Nähe gemacht. Wir sind eine Außenfamilie und können nicht warten, um wieder zu kommen und mehr zu prüfen!

Großer Platz große Zimmer. Sehr gut zu beherbergen und sogar mein Hund ein paar Hunde-Behandlungen. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.

This stay was plagued by a growing list of broken features, and a demeaning interaction with a host in the breakfast restaurant. However, the problem was handled brilliantly by an extraordinarily caring front desk staff member who facilitated our early move to a better hotel to complete our stay. Broken items were: (1) hot tub, surrounded with yellow caution tape. A major disappointment as this was the feature that promped our choice of this hotel. (2) a broken elevator, or at least one with a 'do not use' sign. However, the 'broken' elevator still initially opened when I hit the call button, which prevented the second 'non-broken' elevator from opening. I had to board the broken elevator temporarily and send it to a higher floor just to get it out of the way, so the functioning 'non-broken' elevator's doors would open. (3) TV worked in the evening, but failed to respond to the remote in the morning. A swapping of remotes did not help. (4) The exceptional desk staff member initially comped us breakfast due to our troubles. But when my family visited the restaurant and tried clarifying what items in HGI's three-tier breakfast pricing would be comped, I was demeaned by the host during bill payment who made a very loud and embarrassing display of ”see, you don't owe us anything”. I signed and walked out, embarrassed and disgusted. I then proceeded to the desk and asked the very kind desk staff member to accommodate us at the partner property next door (also Hilton), which she obliged with tremendous friendliness and efficiency. Thank goodness she was there to cushion an otherwise disastrous (1 night of 4 reserved) stay.

Das ist eine fantastische Anlage!!! Deren Kundenservice ist Top-Level. Ich ging durch die GM (Mila) im Halle. Sie setzte sich auf und begrüßte mich. Sie fragte mich über meinen Aufenthalt und wenn ich was nötig. Es war nur mit einer lieben Tante oder sehr interessierten Innenbetreiber sprechen. Es ist einfach wunderbar. Mein Eincheck war eine Brise. Mein Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Ich war unsicher über das Abendessen und ging zum Vorderbüro für Hilfe. Ich wurde warm von Kim (ein neu gefördertes Teammitglied) begrüßt. Sie nahm einen legalen Pad und fragte mich nach meinen Lebensmittelvorstellungen. Sie füllte etwa eine Seite und eine halbe Dinner-Optionen. Bravo, Kim!!! Großer Job, Mila!!!! Ich kann nicht warten, dich und das Team wieder zu sehen.

Ein typisch westliches Frühstück, ich mag es mehr. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, vor allem die Matratzen sind gut und sie schlafen angenehm, im Gegensatz zu einigen Hotelmatratzen, die weich und zusammengeklappt sind. Es gibt einen kleinen Swimmingpool im Hotel, aber ich habe keine Zeit zum Spielen. Das Hotel befindet sich in günstiger Lage im Servicebereich von Burlington. Die Rezeptionistin im Hotel ist auch sehr nett.

I have never been a guest who complains about hotels. I travel extensively, and always find being pleasant is a better way to move forward with concerns. HOWEVER...this time was the exception. After a very long day on crutches, I arrived at the front desk and had to wait while the two guest agents continued to discuss some discrepancies the one had found in paperwork. It seemed they were trying to figure out where some money didn't add up. When they finally addressed me, as I stood on my crutches (broken leg in its 7th week of recovery), they were only barely friendly. We went through the usual reservation details, and by then I was visibly wilting and in pain from standing so long. When I was handed my room keys, I was directed that our room was upstairs and the stairs were pointed at. I asked if there was an elevator, and was told there wasn't. Fair enough...I could have researched that but didn't think of it. I asked if I could please have a main floor room since I was on crutches, referencing them with a gesture. Imagine my surprise upon hearing that there was none available -- in a hotel that size, on a Wed. midweek!!! I was flabbergasted. Still, I said okay, guess it was the stairs. Still, no apologies, offer of help, or even commiseration. Just moved back to talking about the paperwork issue! I shrugged and my son and I made our move to the stairs...only to discover we were LITERALLY in the second last room of the second floor!Not only that, our room was in the extension of the hallway down yet another hall! We not only had the longest walk and one already lengthy stair climb...but also had an ADDITIONAL five stairs to go to reach the extension hall!!! By the time I got to our room I was in tears from the pain. I have never in my life called the front desk of a hotel in an irate state, but I did that day. Called and let them know that I couldn't believe that this was the only room they could give me, that I was a Choice member but would never be back again, and that their service was appalling. They left me standing and waiting while they discussed something that could have waited, made no effort to offer a chair or expedite my registering, and gave me the farthest room they could ever have found. We were so upset we skipped the free continental breakfast the next morning and went out the stairs at the end of our hallway to save the distance walking. Just appalling. These two people were the worst guest service agents I have ever encountered. Frankly, someone needs to be fired.

Very easy to find, quiet and clean. Delicious breakfast!
