My name is Jordi A. and I have enjoyed this terrific hotel for 4 days. If you have decided to visit Burgos I heartly recommend you this hotel. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional and I don´t forget the waiters and waitresses that say a sweet good morning when you enter to the breakfast room. They behaved very well with me and one them offered me very friendly a cup of chocolate with ” churros ”. The room was perfect, neither big nor small. The bed was big and comfortable and there wasn´t a noise that could disturb my sweet dreams. I don´t know if I will come back to Burgos but if I go I will pretty sure choose NH Collection Palacio de Burgos again. I wanted to write this review in Catalan, my mother tongue language, but I have seen that it is impossible with Trip Advisor so I have decide to write it in English.

Ines at the front desk handled multiple issues and requests with a high-level of professionalism and courtesy. Articulate and efficient, she merits special mention as well as the very kind young man who checked me in. El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la catedral, como a 5 minutos. Dispone de parking (de pago). En recepción todo perfecto, gran atención. Las habitaciones bien, pero necesitarían una pequeña actualización, las cortinas estaban un poco regular, y tiene moqueta en todo el suelo que no es muy higiénica. El baño amplio y bien servido, con bañera en vez de ducha. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la piscina climatizada, estando dentro vimos fuera que estaba nevando y no pasamos nada de frío, ¡¡es muy recomendable!! Tiene también un pequeño gimnasio y saunas. Te cobran un euro por la toalla para la piscina, pero merece la pena. El precio es medio y por los servicios, calidad, atención y situación, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und bietet Ihnen einen freundlichen Service von der Rezeption und dem Hauspersonal. Das sehr freundliche Hotel ist nur eine Minute oder zwei Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt mit seiner Fülle von Bars und Restaurants und fantastischen Architektur. Art Deco Rezeption und Hallen und ähnliche in den Zimmern. Sehr sicherer Untergrundpark nur wenige Meter vom Hotel mit Räumen für Hotelbewohner. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug im Park und es ist 3 Treppenflüge auf der Straße Ebene. Auf einem separaten Hinweis, wenn Sie in einer freundlichen kleinen Bar ein Getränk wollen, ist das Taverner Celtic Center nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Dieses Hotel hat tolles und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer ist schön, aber das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und schwer zu benutzen. Das ist das größte Problem mit dem Hotel. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn Sie ein sauberes Hotel suchen. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten. Etwa 1 km von der Kirche entfernt.

My partner and I are staying at Hotel Rice Reyes Católico in a group booking as part of an arts festival in beautiful Burgos, Spain. We have been in Burgos 17 times (but who’s counting?), so we know the town and the hotels. When we arrived at the hotel and went to our room, it was stuffy. We turned on the air conditioning, but nothing happened. No cool air came out of the vents. We left, had dinner, and returned around 11 p.m. Still no air. We asked the night desk clerk about the AC. He said, “Do you have a fan?” We said that we didn’t, but when we entered our room, we saw that a fan had been brought to the room. This fan was our air conditioning. In Spain. In July. On day four of our stay, the fan is still our AC, despite repeated requests to the front disk to have the AC fixed. The response is always, “We hope that the AC will be fixed today.” Hopes and prayers, y’all. Our room, upgraded from a basic domicile, is barely large enough for two people and their luggage. The closet space is minimal, and you can’t hang a suit jacket without it touching the.bottom of the closet. This is a dorm room or a youth hostel, not a hotel. Furthermore, our upgraded room is on the back of the hotel, with a view of a concrete wall. Charming… And then there’s the smell of sewerage that permeates not only our room, but the rooms of our colleagues. Funky and nasty, to say the least. The breakfasts are barely adequate. The soggy tortilla, the most typical dish in Spain, is inedible. Really? If you are planning to visit Burgos, one of the preeminent smaller towns in Spain, with the most impressive cathedral in the country, please do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this sinkhole of a hotel. There are plenty of better affordable options. The hotel has the nerve to call itself a four-star operation. It’s a two-star hotel at best, and given our experience, it’s actually a one-star establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das gegenüberliegende Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, es ignoriert die Hauptstraße und alle Geräusche sind zu hören, das Hotel ist 4*, sehr vernachlässigt, das ganze Hotel muss jetzt renoviert werden, Wartung hinterlässt viele Mängel, Klimaanlage bricht aus Am ersten Tag Wasser auf den Boden werfen, die Lösung, falls unsere Füße ausrutschen und die Luft beschädigt wurde, also für mich war es, als wären es 2* Handtücher auf dem Hotelboden, werde ich nicht wiederholen.
