Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das gegenüberliegende Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, es ignoriert die Hauptstraße und alle Geräusche sind zu hören, das Hotel ist 4*, sehr vernachlässigt, das ganze Hotel muss jetzt renoviert werden, Wartung hinterlässt viele Mängel, Klimaanlage bricht aus Am ersten Tag Wasser auf den Boden werfen, die Lösung, falls unsere Füße ausrutschen und die Luft beschädigt wurde, also für mich war es, als wären es 2* Handtücher auf dem Hotelboden, werde ich nicht wiederholen.

El hotel está bien situado, cerca de la catedral, como a 5 minutos. Dispone de parking (de pago). En recepción todo perfecto, gran atención. Las habitaciones bien, pero necesitarían una pequeña actualización, las cortinas estaban un poco regular, y tiene moqueta en todo el suelo que no es muy higiénica. El baño amplio y bien servido, con bañera en vez de ducha. Lo mejor, sin duda, es la piscina climatizada, estando dentro vimos fuera que estaba nevando y no pasamos nada de frío, ¡¡es muy recomendable!! Tiene también un pequeño gimnasio y saunas. Te cobran un euro por la toalla para la piscina, pero merece la pena. El precio es medio y por los servicios, calidad, atención y situación, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Mitten im Zentrum von Burgos öuegt dieses sehr gute Hotel. Nettes Personal, das sogar die englische Sprache beherrscht (selten in Spanien auch in Tourismushochburgen), großes, sauberes Zimmer und Bad, hoteleigenes Parkhaus.... Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis... Mehr kann man nicht erwarten... gerne wieder.

El hotel es moderno, sin pretensiones. Lo bueno: parking amplio en el mismo edificio a un valor aceptable; desayuno de buena calidad aunque escasa variedad. Lo malo: la habitación standard es estrecha con una cama doble incómoda para dos personas. No esta tan bien ubicado. Al momento de ir al centro histórico, son unas 800metros en las que no hay nada intermedio. Por ejemplo restaurantes. Hay que caminar hasta el centro para cenar con el consiguiente trastorno por el clima invernal

I can't understand where the great reviews come from. This hotel photos make it look like a rural location and this was the reason we booked it along with the description ofthe restaurant food (the Tudanca restaurant specializes in traditional Castilian food) perhaps this was a la carte only. Be warned, these photos are the rear of the hotel and do not show the location. It's actually next to the motorway on one side and main road on the other. The main restaurant for the hotel is located in the transport cafe/shop next door, its a separate restaurant. We had booked half bord. Evening meal was not the best but was better value than the a la carte. The service was terrible. Staff have the ability to totally ignored everyone with the exception of Spanish speaking people. We waited over half an hour for coffee, the table next to us had the same wait for their bill. The restaurant only had a handful of occupied tables. We regretted not eating at lunchtime in the cafe, food looked better and half the price. We did have a great bowl of soup. Unfortunately the cafe is closed in the evening, only snack food and bar was available. Breakfast is taken in the hotel and was OK with all the standard choices. Hallway carpet was worn and threadbare in places. Walls are scuffed in hallways and our room. Our Vinyard view room and the bathroom were large but dingy, the place may have been clean but it didn't feel like it. The room did have a small balcony, overlook the vineyard but also main road and motorway. The whole place needs redecoration and refitting. Beds were comfortable thought. There is plenty of parking as you would expect from a motorway rest area with a hotel. We would Not stay here again.
