Fantastic place,quiet and serene where mineral water does magic to joint pain and arthritis. But guests are treated like prisoners, there are no balconies to the rooms, we were asked to vacate the room at 08:30 in the morning and spent the morning in the common areas until leaving time. The swimming pool was closed for Saturday and Sunday and on the other days children were allowed to use which did not go well with water procedures adults came to practice. On top of all the manager parks his car in a way that guests' cars cannot leave the car park. All these negative experiences shadow the lovely effect of water treatment...
