Great location, surrounding with convenient store, cafe and restaurant. Nice breakfast, clean room with free WiFi. Best hotel in Bukit Mertajam.

One of my favourite hotels in Penang, I come here at least once a quarter. They provide good quality accommodation. Hotels' rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has several choices. I had stated in this hotel many times, but this time, there were no welcome back snacks, and they arranged for me to stay a lower floor room. (Previously always at higher floor rooms, which has a better view and privacy)

It was pleasant stay which is well located with many restaurants ranging from food court to higher end restaurants within walking vicinity.

Nice hotel to stay. Despite of small size of swimming pool; others ammenities is good like gym, sauna room and business center. Located nearby with a few restaurant & fast food.

We were staying at the Light Hotel in Seberang Jaya a night before our stay at Iconic. Iconic was much better than the Light. Quieter room, availability of food/restaurants nearby and strategic location (right next to North-South Highway).

Nice and clean hotel ! Recommend to stay ! The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment, which made my stay all the more comfortable.
