"I must say that it was a fairly good experience overall. There were aspects I appreciated, but there were also some notable drawbacks. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I found the rates to be quite fair considering the hotel's location and amenities. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, making check-in easy and smoothe. However, one aspect that left me quite disappointed was the pricing of the meals at the hotel's restaurant. While I expected some level of premium pricing due to the location, I found the cost of meals to be extremely high. I also dont know where there is a TV set in the room when it shows no channel On the whole, it is a decent choice for accommodation with fairly good rooms offered at fair rates. Though one might want to explore dining options outside the hotel which might be a more budget-friendly."

"The environment and customer care are perfect on top of most services being affordable . Good and speedy Wi-Fi, free breakfast, good security, etc. I surely recommend any one that is visiting home to take time and try out this Riviera hotel , it’s just amazing and satisfying "

"Dunkle verbrauchte und sehr schlecht riechende Zimmer, Bettwäsche und Moskitonetze löchrig und verschmutzt, Bad wegen Schwarzschimmel und vergilbter Toiletten/ - brillen abstoßend. Beworbener Pool und Fitnesscenter unbrauchbar - verschmutzt, nicht gewartet, überaltert, Gefahrenquelle. Unhöfliches Personal, vorallem im Restaurant. Essen eine Katastrophe, Getränke überlagert. Einzigst die Gartenanlage war gepflegt und ansehnlich . "

"Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr teessig, die Einrichtungen sind alt, ein Mal die Kopfhaut, drei Ausgänge, das Zimmer hat keine Schleifen, kein Netzwerk, keine Zahnfleischschleifen. Es ist die Umwelt wert."

"Wir waren zu viert in der Kikonko Lodge und wurden super freundlich empfangen. Von der Lodge hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Lake Albert und genossen den Sonnenuntergang. Die Lodge ist sehr gepflegt und von den Zimmern hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen und die Getränkeauswahl waren ebenso wie der Service super. Ich kann die Lodge sehr empfehlen."
