Unser erstes Hotel in BA, liegt an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, komfortable Zimmer, nettes Personal von der Reception bis zum Zimmermädchen. Frühstück auch sehr reichhaltig und das alles zu einem sehr tollen Preis. Wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten.

Excellent location! Modern and comfortable rooms and common area. The rooms are not very quiet because of the busy avenue where it is located. Nice and courteous staff. Good place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Das Hotel war großartig für das, was wir brauchten. Wir gingen aus einem Kreuzfahrtschiff und unser Flug war nicht bis 7:30 Uhr. Wir konnten frühzeitig prüfen, einen Nap und am Pool liegen und dann eine Dusche für unser Flughaus. Das Hotel ist Sehr klein. Die tiefsten Aufzüge und Hallen, die ich je gesehen habe. Auch der Pool war auch sehr klein, aber es waren nur 2 andere Leute da und sie waren auch von unserem Schiff. denken Sie, sie waren vielleicht 6 Zimmer pro Stock. Frühstück war enthalten, aber wir hatten auf dem Schiff gegessen. Es gab Restaurants in der Nähe. Sie konnten uns einen Taxi für den Fahrt zum Flughafen nennen. Wie ich sagte, war es perfekt für das, was wir brauchten, um es zu sein.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Zwei Nacht-Vorfahrts-Stoppen. Rezeption schnell und effizient. Ankunft sehr früh, aber in der Lage, Zimmer plus Frühstück für zwei für $40 zu erreichen, was groß war. Zimmer groß, sauber, aber grundlegende. Alles funktionierte - sicher, TV obwohl mehr Sockets, USB wäre willkommen. Höhere Etagen wären besser für Stadtblicke. Bed groß und komfortabel. Frühstück grundsätzlich, aber mehr als ausreichend. Spa und Pool verfügbar, wenn Sie möchten. Hotelbar war gut wert. Lage groß - nur von Av. de Mayo und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum zentralen Platz. Bereich sicher genug, wenn auch ruhig nach dunkel. Viele verschiedene Mahlzeiten in der Nähe. Hotel und BA guten Wert für Geld, besonders wenn man Pesos kaufen, wenn hier.

Auf den Fotos sieht es besser aus. Das Frühstück war ok, nichts Besonderes. Service an der Rezeption etwas schlecht. Am ersten Tag riefen sie mich an und sagten, ich solle auschecken, da ich für 5 Nächte gebucht hatte. Eine kleine Verwirrung, die dazu führte, dass die Rezeptionistin eine Weile brauchte, um zu verstehen, was passiert war. Außerdem hatte ich zweimal Probleme mit der Zimmerzugangskarte und beim zweiten Mal konnte ich das Zimmer erst mit der vierten Karte betreten. Die Matratze eines der Betten war weich.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil San Telmo, gegenüber dem Intercontinental Hotel. Es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung, was es sehr praktisch macht. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Obelisco und Florida Street sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Metrostation ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Sehr günstige Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, groß und einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt auch einen Schreibtisch, ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Die Cospa ist sehr teuer und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist teuer, daher wird empfohlen, in einem nahe gelegenen Café zu essen.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Hotel mit hervorragenden Kostenvorteil. Sehr gute Lage! Durch Bewertungen auf den Hostelsites, bitten wir, nicht im 1. Stock zu bleiben und das ist der beste Tipp, den ich geben kann. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr ruhig! Ich denke, die Zimmer im ersten Stock müssen mit dem Lärm viel leiden, bieten einen einfachen Frühstück, das einen Kelch breitet.

Holiday Inn ist dieser Standard. Um den frühen Flug am nächsten Tag zu erreichen, gibt es einen Flughafen-Shuttle. Es ist zu früh, um morgens zur Frühstückszeit zu gehen. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Snack sowie Kaffee und andere Getränke auf dem Tisch in der Lobby. Verwenden Sie das Pad, um hungrig zu sein.
