Das Hotel liegt im Stadtteil San Telmo, gegenüber dem Intercontinental Hotel. Es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung, was es sehr praktisch macht. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, Obelisco und Florida Street sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Metrostation ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Sehr günstige Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, groß und einfach zu bedienen. Es gibt auch einen Schreibtisch, ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Die Cospa ist sehr teuer und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist teuer, daher wird empfohlen, in einem nahe gelegenen Café zu essen.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Excellent location! Modern and comfortable rooms and common area. The rooms are not very quiet because of the busy avenue where it is located. Nice and courteous staff. Good place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Great little hotel. Ok the cons. Two blocks too much into an area that might not feel right with travelers that are not use to big cities like NYC. While the room was clean and well appointed the shower could use a little love. And lastly no coffee in the room. The pros. Great staff. Water bottles and drinks in the room. Room is big and comfortable. The price is right and the location close enough to key areas. Breakfast was good just what you need nothing fancy. I would def stay here again. I would recommend to people as well.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Das Hotel war großartig für das, was wir brauchten. Wir gingen aus einem Kreuzfahrtschiff und unser Flug war nicht bis 7:30 Uhr. Wir konnten frühzeitig prüfen, einen Nap und am Pool liegen und dann eine Dusche für unser Flughaus. Das Hotel ist Sehr klein. Die tiefsten Aufzüge und Hallen, die ich je gesehen habe. Auch der Pool war auch sehr klein, aber es waren nur 2 andere Leute da und sie waren auch von unserem Schiff. denken Sie, sie waren vielleicht 6 Zimmer pro Stock. Frühstück war enthalten, aber wir hatten auf dem Schiff gegessen. Es gab Restaurants in der Nähe. Sie konnten uns einen Taxi für den Fahrt zum Flughafen nennen. Wie ich sagte, war es perfekt für das, was wir brauchten, um es zu sein.

Wir haben das Sofitel auch aus Gründen der Erinnerung an das ehemalige Haus in der Arroyo gebucht. Dieses Gebäude war wunderschön. Das neue Sofitel liegt ebenso sehr gut, mitten in Recoleta. Es ist ein typisches Sofitel - mit dem gewohnt guten Service. Die Lobby ist sehr schön, unsere Suite war ebenfalls ansprechend. Etwas hat gefehlt - vielleicht Blumen oder Deko. Insgesamt kann man das Sofitel absolut empfehlen! Wer in Recoleta wohnen möchte trifft eine gute Wahl.

Hotel mit hervorragenden Kostenvorteil. Sehr gute Lage! Durch Bewertungen auf den Hostelsites, bitten wir, nicht im 1. Stock zu bleiben und das ist der beste Tipp, den ich geben kann. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock war sehr ruhig! Ich denke, die Zimmer im ersten Stock müssen mit dem Lärm viel leiden, bieten einen einfachen Frühstück, das einen Kelch breitet.
