worst hotel I ever stayed. we requested a double bed or at least a double blanket and sheets after booking. they replied that our request has been fullfilled. when arriving there, the reception had no clue of the request, and said it is not possible to fullfill it at all. going to the room, the 3rd floor smelled like mold, carpets were dirty both in the hallway and the room. the pillows were double the height of normal and was very hard to sleep. next morning we requested smaller pillows and they promised to deliver to our room. came back at 12:00 night, found out that they never brought the smaller pillows. my wife went to the reception and the receptionist was rude as well, said ironically" do you want me to go to IKEA now?". "why didn't you ask earlier". she said we did but he replied he could do anything at that moment and didn't know where the pillows are. I went after she told me that, told the receptionist that I want smaller pillows or if not, to get the money back for the rest of the days left so I can book another hotel. He said he couldn't do that, and after waiting and arguing for 20 minutes, another guy came and we went together to a storage room at the second floor, which smelled like mould as well, found 2 smaller pillows and managed to sleep. location of the hotel is 20 mins from the centre of the city, by metro just for people to know before booking. we could get a lot better hotel with that price, in the city centre. never again at that terrible hotel. room was small, and their attitude was terrible. no communication between them there. very disappointing.
