My experience with this hotel was terrible. Absolutely arrogant attitude of employees. They have also charged us twice for one of the rooms and didn’t commit to the mistake. Only via the phone they have apologized and said they will fix everything, but via email they never did. During breakfast I had to ask three times for our table to be cleaned from previous people and staff was walking like they are in their sleep.

Excellent location in the city center near river. Clean hotel with excellent service from hotel staffs.

酒店工作人員不友好，連續入住5天，退房時請求延遲退房1小時都不同意。早餐廳服務又慢又差，點一個omlet要等半小時，而且早餐選擇也不多，味道很一般，價格卻不便宜。很多小細節都讓客人覺得一點不温暖。

非常新，非常好的位置

Wir wollten ursprünglich ins "W", bis ich gesehen habe, dass das Dorothea neu eröffnet hatte. "W" ist uns meistens ein wenig zu "cool", die Autograph Collection eher unser Geschmack. Also für einen Budapest Kurztrip ins Dorothea. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Ein phantastisches Hotel in einer perfekten Location, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal äußert hilfreich und bemüht. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum wunderbar, Valet Parking hat ebenfalls tadellos geklappt. Ab sofort unser Hotel der Wahl in Budapest!

Brandneues und sehr anspruchsvolles Hotel. Ich gebe der Lage 5 Sterne. Allerdings ist das Personal enttäuschend und schlampig. 1 Stern, weil der Service an der Rezeption wirklich schrecklich ist. Wir hatten einen fast einstündigen Check-in, bei dem die Preise nicht mit der Buchung übereinstimmten und man uns nicht einmal die Zimmer gab, die wir bei Booking gebucht hatten, sondern uns mitteilte, dass sie uns ein Upgrade gegeben hätten. Doch als wir die angebotenen Zimmer sahen, fragten wir nach den Zimmern, die wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten, und nach einigem Zögern und Fahrten mit dem Aufzug, um die Schlüssel abzuholen, zeigten sie uns schließlich die Zimmer, die wir ausgewählt hatten. Moral: 1 Stunde Zeitverschwendung, die Zimmer zunächst gebucht zu haben und angeregt über die unterschiedlichen Preise zu diskutieren, die im Vergleich zu denen der Reservierung gelten.

Zunächst muss ich betonen, dass die Bar im Erdgeschoss, die auf dem Foto zu sehen ist, während meines Aufenthalts in Ordnung war und der Alkohol, den sie mir empfehlen, ziemlich gut ist und ich noch nie zuvor dieselbe Art von Alkohol probiert habe, vor allem der Concierge Der schwarze Mann ist sehr höflich und bevor ich gehe, haben wir uns riesig gefreut. Außerdem ist das Frühstück eher gut als herausragend, aber die Servicequalität ist so gut, wie sie sein sollte. Bevor ich im Detail darlege, warum es negative Bewertungen gibt, muss ich betonen, dass der fließende Kontext, den ich posten werde, und ich nicht die Absicht habe, zu prahlen, der Wahrheit entspricht und es jedem guttun wird, jedes Michelin-Restaurant und jedes 5-Sterne-Hotel insgesamt zu überprüfen EU, Hongkong, Dubai, London, Japan und Festlandchina. Wenn dieses Hotel außerdem überprüft, ob das, was ich gesagt habe, der Wahrheit entspricht oder nicht, wird es mir ein Vergnügen sein. Ich kam gegen 13.22 Uhr bis 13.20 Uhr im Hotel an und habe den gesamten Check-in-Vorgang abgeschlossen, aber ich denke, es ist noch ziemlich früh und ich frage, ob ich früher ins Zimmer kommen kann oder nicht, das Personal wie A hat es mir gesagt Das Zimmer ist noch nicht für mich bereit und es besteht keine Notwendigkeit, eine Kaution zu hinterlegen, wenn ich danach frage (die Hinterlegung einer Kaution für das Hotel ist für mich eine Routine, denn Sie können meinen anderen Beitrag lesen und am Ende habe ich bezahlt), aber ich denke, es ist in Ordnung , weil die normale Check-in-Zeit 15:00 Uhr ist, deshalb bin ich in die Bar in der Nähe der Rezeption gegangen und habe oben erwähnt, dass ich Alkohol und einen Kuchen trinken wollte, und als ich zurückkam, war es ungefähr 13:48 Uhr. Danach war es meiner Meinung nach so Es ist noch ziemlich früh und ich setze mich auf das Sofa, bis es 14.30 Uhr ist, und ich gehe zur Rezeption und frage das Personal B wie Herrn Martin, ob es möglich sei, mich ins Zimmer zu lassen, und er sagte mir, dass das Das Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig und die Ankunftszeit sollte 15:00 Uhr sein (ich weiß, das ist nur eine Ausrede, um die Check-in-Zeit zu verlängern), aber es ist in Ordnung, weil ich in über 40 Fünf-Sterne-Hotels übernachte und weiß, wie es funktioniert Außerdem ist es gerade erst 14.30 Uhr, ich kann also nur auf dem Sofa bleiben und abwarten, bis es 15 Uhr ist. Endlich, 15 Uhr. Ich gehe zur Rezeption und frage Mitarbeiter wie C, ob es möglich sei, ins Zimmer zu kommen oder nicht. Sie sagte mir, das Zimmer sei noch nicht fertig. Ok, ich frage Herrn Martin, wann ich reinkommen kann, und am Anfang fragt er die Haushälterin, aber ich weiß nicht genau, was er gesagt hat, und dann versucht er, das Problem, wie z. B. die Kaution, im Check-in-Prozess zu finden, um die Frist zu verlängern Es ist an der Zeit, dass ich erkläre, dass jede Anzahlung innerhalb von 30 Tagen von der chinesischen Bank zurückerstattet wird (ich besitze die Kreditkarte seit sechs Jahren und das 5-Sterne-Hotel, in dem ich übernachte, ist viel mehr, als wie viele Herr Martin in dieser Zeit gearbeitet hat), sagte er mir : Es kostet nur 50 Euro !!! Und dann habe ich direkt bezahlt und warte immer noch über 30 Minuten und die Zeit, in der ich im Zimmer bin, ist gegen 15.40 Uhr. Tatsächlich ist die Zahlung der Anzahlung für mich in Ordnung (Sie können meinen Beitrag lesen), aber seine arrogante Einstellung macht mich fertig Unzufrieden, außerdem betonte er besonders, dass er vor mir viel in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel gearbeitet habe, aber wie ich zuvor gesagt habe, ist es einfach so, als würde man Fischen das Schwimmen beibringen.

This hotel is everything you could ask for. Walking into the place we were taken back on the design of the hotel. Just an amazing design. Once we walked to reception they were efficient and helpful with getting us into a room, even though we were a couple hours early for check in. The room is well designed and the pillows were huge! The staff was also helpful in making recommendations even when the conceirge wasn't available. Also great location in the middle of everything.

The hotel has a great location, beautiful breakfast area, and the concierge was very helpful at sign in. The room and bathroom were both very nice, but from the first night we complained to anyone we could find that the air conditioning in our room was not working. We set the thermostat to its lowest setting and after 2 days the room temperature only dropped 1*. We slept on top of the duvet for 2 nights sweating. We took showers to try to keep cool. Finally as I was in the shower a maintenance man finally showed up and proclaimed that it was working fine and left before I could even get out of the shower to explain that the vents were cold but no air was coming out. He refused to come back and talk to me. At check out we told the man we were told was the manager of our dissatisfaction. He said he would compensate us with a free meal on our bill. We had a taxi waiting and he said the computer was working very slowly, but would email us our bill. He did not send us the bill. We called two days later about the bill and was finally sent an email with the hotel letterhead and no bill. As I am a lifetime platinum rewards member, I checked my rewards activity. The rewards came through, but it said the bill was yet to be released. Terrible management at an otherwise nice hotel. I will take some responsibility as I should have demanded another room after sweating on the bed the first night.

Beautiful clean and luxurious hotel in a great central location. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained and very clean with a lovely welcoming scent. Pool was also a nice touch, in a lovely quiet spa area. But, the hotel bar service is Very slow. We went there 3 times for drinks and each time the service was very slow. Otherwise, a wonderful hotel, possibly the best I’ve ever stayed in.

The hotel is beautiful and decadently comfortable. From the moment you step in the doors and inhale the lovely, clean scent, the tone is set. While the accommodations were excellent, it was the staff that really set the hotel apart from any other. Everyone we encountered was helpful and polite. Server Matthias in the Pavilion Restaurant and Sayid in Guest Arrivals/ Valet stood out as especially outstanding and gracious. We loved our three nights here and will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was nice and well decorated. Check in was efficient, and provided interesting refreshing drinks. The location of the hotel was excellent, well located between many of the key sights of the city and near main pedestrian boulevards. There are several food options at the property, and breakfast was sufficient in the morning with nice options. The hotel opened recently and still does have some operational things to work out. The last day we were there, we ordered and then waited almost an hour for breakfast. The waiter then said the food was still delayed and we then had to leave hungry because we were leaving town, which was disappointing. Also, we were told there was a concierge but they were not available often, and also charged us an extravagant amount to mail postcards, which probably were never even sent (several times the postcards were left on a lobby table and the staff didn't seem to know what to do with them). Otherwise, the atmosphere was nice and the hotel provided easy access to many places.

Omggg. If I could rate this hotel I would do so higher. Was a gorgeous hotel !!!! Great location stunning rooms ,stunning lobby, stunning restaurant. Wonderful breakfast buffet Honestly you have to stay here!!!! The little coffee shop attached is the cutest. The art work all around the hotel is beautiful and all the doors into the rooms are painted with different s pictures.
