Worst service I've ever experienced. Better to avoid this hotel at any cost, there are lots of options around. Location is the only good thing about it.
Now about bad. I have booked a twin room for 2 nights two weeks in advance. Hotel has confirmed the booking. When we arrived late in the evening, they gave us a key from a different type of room - it was a room for staff (even the key was attached to the same string, which was worn by all hotel workers). Next morning we started to complain, asking to change the room. First the receptionist Zalan told us they'll put us in the room we have booked after 3 PM, but later said they were fully booked. The room 105, where we had to spend both nights, was next to reception, so guests put their luggage in front of our door, sometimes no free space even to open it. Very dirty inside - spots on the carpet, dusty windows, entrance door in white paint. The worst was the shower - there was no tap like in the pictures. Every 10 seconds you have to press a button to start water supply. In the room there was no drinking water, no kettle, only one glass, no soap or any other amenities.
