Premium Apartment by Mrg Apartments

We booked this apartment as it was described on *********** as having a concierge service and a private entrance. There were neither. After complaining to the manager of the property, the reference to the concierge was removed, but it is still described as having a private entrance. The entrance is on a small alley off the main square, the street light outside the property does not work, so it can be difficult to see the keypad outside to get access to the property. The manager responded to us immediately when we complained, offered to help us move, but we already had a busy schedule and no time. The stairs to the fourth floor are dingy but once inside, the decoration is clean and bright…apart from the bathroom ceiling. There were large damp patches, much of the plaster had already fallen off, and more fell into the shower while we were there.
