Dejligt hotel. Centralt placeret. Det lykkedes ikke at få rengøring alle dage selvom værelset stod tomt i flere timer i løbet af dagen og rengøringen var på etagen.

Very spacious room, super clean. Friendly staff. Excellent service

So much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

The hotel is in the centre of the Brussels plaza, and 10-15mins from the train station. Very convenient with food and supermarket around. Breakfast was nice and you can make your own crepe. Just that the plaza was a sightseeing spot. Many people and crowd and a bit noisy. Other than that everything was fine.

I would say for the money not elegant enough, but clean and nice rooms. Water has very low pressure in bathroom

TV has no signal or whatsoever. You can’t use it at all. It was completely useless.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff, location right in the city centre, sumptuous breakfast.

As always, Marriott is comfortable and well served. Cozy and comfortable beds and bed linen. The parking lot is located under the building and you can take the elevator from it directly to the hotel lobby

+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square. - We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests . All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.

Room was boiling hot (AC not working)

My review will exclusively be about my room. Which cost $200 per night. In which everything was terrible. The water stood for 5 minutes in the sink, there was no lock in the toilet door. The cleaners are already working with a vacuum cleaner in the corridor at 9 o'clock. There was nothing in the room, no disposable slippers, no toothbrush or other accessories. A view to nowhere. Front desk are not pay attention too, we changed the room but got this. Much dust in the room, we ask to bring us food utensils, they brought it 1.5 hours later. Thanks. Not recommend ❌Just great location, that’s all. But hotel didn’t deserve that much money which I’ve paid. Better choose another one, there many around and same location

The location was perfect. Walkable distance from all the major tourist destinations. The hotel was under construction and the fitness center was not available. Should have informed before booking. Beside all good. Bed was so good. Great to relax after long walk.
