Came in for a pint and some pool with some mates. Asked a member of staff for some more cue tips as they were worn down and Taylor was more than happy to help and she got some for me immediately. Very helpful would 100% reccomend. Lovely place to bring friends or family. Definitely returning

Incredible staff. That’s the first thing to stay, they really make the difference. The hotel itself is very on trend, you get a free cocktail on arrival, and the breakfast which isn’t expensive, is good. The room is very comfy and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower room, although small, was more than adequate. It’s all about the staff though, incredible service.

Good standard of accomodation - studio with plenty of room for two. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plus the added bonus of actually being able to open windows! Easy to find and about 25 mins walk from the main centre. But very near Whiteladies Road with a fantastic choice of bars and places to eat, plus a couple of small supermarkets. Free parking available at rhe back. Booking was easy, communication Good and efficient. Checking in was contactless and easy. Check out 11.00 am which was also a bonus. Only issue was I asked if we could leave our car in the carpark on check out day, knowing that folk couldn't check in before 4pm. I was told that we could but we would be charge £5.00 !an hour!! Needless to say we.didnt! ! Overall though, we would stay again!!

Wir sind mit einem rückständigen Flug aus Portugal mit einem bestimmten Zimmer gebucht, das wir durch einen Buchungsservice von Dritten (Königin) gemacht hatten. Das Hotel war eindeutig sehr besetzt und wir wurden in ein Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten gestellt. Das war nicht ideal und wir fragten den Empfänger, ob es möglich war, das Zimmer, das wir gebucht hatten, zu haben. Sie wechselte uns zu einem viel schöneren Zimmer (selbe Fußabdruck, aber bessere Layout, was bedeutete, dass ich mit meinem Mann ein Bett teilen kann!). Das war ein echtes 5/5 von uns, weil trotz eines ersten Problems der wirklich freundliche und professionelle Empfänger aus ihrem Weg ging, um es zu reparieren, und auch uns ein paar Drinks, die unerwartet und massiv geschätzt wurden. Es hat mich sehr viel wahrscheinlicher gemacht, diese Kette wieder zu wählen, wissend, dass ein kleiner Hiccup schön behandelt werden. Großes Personal. Zimmer war komfortabel und gut verhältnismäßig und ich mag die Tatsache, dass die Toiletten in den Versorgern so weniger Kunststoffabfälle! Die Bar war auch wunderschön mit wirklich schönen gemeinsamen Bereichen zu entspannen. Spät Abendstunden Barpersonal waren charmant und freundlich. Gut gemacht Hilton!

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Besuchte, um die Nachkommen in die Universität zu bauen. Das beste Merkmal für mich war die kleine lockable Hotelgarage, die bedeutete, ein Auto voller Studenten ‘Stoff’ könnte sicher über Nacht verlassen - gab enormen Geistesfrieden. Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Es gab einen zuverlässigen Aufzug. Racks Restaurant hatte auch responsiv, effizientes Personal, und das Essen war palatable. Ich erwartete, dass die Lage viel ruhiger als es war, es gab viel Lärm von außen, einschließlich glückliche Drinks und Verkehr. Whiteladies Straße, mit einer breiten Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants ist in der Nähe von Wanderweg und Clifton Dorf und The Downs eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Parkplätze auf der Straße sind hauptsächlich erlaubt für Bewohner und bezahlen & Anzeige Parkplätze sind extrem begrenzt. Wir reservierten einzelne Zimmer für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, aber sie waren sehr klein, so dass wenn Sie länger bleiben, Sie würden sicher ein größeres Zimmer wünschen. Insgesamt, ein guter Ort. Die sichere Parkplätze war das ausgezeichnete Merkmal für mich.
