Das Hotelzimmer war groß genug, aber die Toilette sah alt und ungepflegt aus. Duschkopf und Warmwasserbereiter waren nicht sehr gut. Aber ich habe schnell geduscht. Es gab kein Duschgel, sondern nur Seife. Zum Glück hatte ich eine mitgebracht. Keine Zahnbürste und so. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für eine Nacht trotzdem ok.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. Someone is at the reception 24/7, which is a big convenience for those arriving late and the hotel staff are welcoming. However, the room itself was just disgusting. Nail clippings and hair on the carpet, bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in ages as the drain was full with hair, shower curtain and the walls around the shower were covered in mould and dirt from multiple guests. The wifi in the room was not working for us at all (one of the reasons I booked the hotel so I could plan my further itinerary without using mobile data), and although there is an offsite parking, it easily gets full and then you need to park elsewhere. According to the room description there should be coat hangers in the room but there were none. I booked this hotel last minute so I did not have much choice this time, but I will definitely never come back to this place.

The hygiene is very poor. The bed sheets and pillows are all stained. The breakfast plates also seem to be not clean.

The entire hotel is satisfactory. The location is very good with all the facilities and tourist attractions nearby.. The hotel is also clean.

This is the many2 time repeat to stay this hotel.the location is superb and i like the nasi ayam penyet at the cafe near this hotel.

The hotel is located conveniently between Tanah Rata and Brinchang. The family room is spacious and comfortable. A simple breakfast spread is provided too. The downside is the noise from the traffic as the hotel is right beside the road.

We booked this place because of its location and parking. It's quite near to restaurants and there's parking but you need to pay with TNG or Pahang Go app. The hotel is old with lift but no aircon or fan. You still need a fan as you don't want the windows wide open at night. Some moths flew in. Also it can be noisy if the room is facing the road. Mine was facing the hills but still noisy with stray dogs barking and smell from the restaurant's cooking below. We made a complaint as the hotel didn't tell us upfront that there's no fan. However, the boss provided the fan after our complaint. Overall the place was clean and there's hot water with good pressure.

Large family room. Provided breakfast was normal.
