We stayed here a few years back and decided to stay again on this trip, as it’s so well located by the station and in easy walking distance of everything.
We were disappointed with the room it looked shabby, the toilet was difficult to flush and it was very noisy if you opened the window.
We decided to have breakfast in the hotel on our last morning. It was so badly organised. I waited over 15 minutes for bacon by which time there were no eggs or mushrooms and my warm bread - let’s face it it’s either warm or burnt - had gone cold. Not worth the money at all.

Being close to the train station, where we parked our car, makes the hotel's location excellent. The room is large and has a small, open kitchen. The shower area's tendency to flood easily is the only negative aspect.

Hervorragende Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Brighton und einer Vielzahl wichtiger Buslinien. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Personal freundlich und zugänglich. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, modern und komfortabel. Es war nirgendwo Staub zu sehen und alles war sehr gut angelegt. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe mit einer sehr großen Dusche, wieder alles total makellos. Wir waren nur 1 Etage über dem Boden und obwohl wir so zentral waren, haben wir kaum Straßenlärm gehört und schon gar nichts von den anderen Gästen um uns herum. Ein sehr bequemes Bett sorgte für einen tollen Schlaf und das Frühstück war fantastisch!
Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die für einen so angenehmen und angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lage ist absolut top, das Meer ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Beim Einchecken gibt es eine kleine Aktion, bei der wir kostenlos Wein, Bier oder Limonaden bekommen. Die Sauberkeit ist großartig, das Zimmer ist makellos, obwohl es ein wenig komisch riecht, aber kein großes Problem. Was die Annehmlichkeiten betrifft, so sind Shampoo und Duschgel in an der Wand befestigten Flaschen. Aber ihr Shampoo und ihre Körperwäsche sind von Qualität mit Meroli- und Bergamotte-Geruch, in den ich mich einfach verliebe. Sie stellten Handwäsche und Lotion in Flaschen zur Verfügung und befestigten sie auch an der Wand. Keine Seife, keine Zahnpasta, keine Zahnbürste, keine Duschhaube. Sie bieten Bügeleisen, Haartrockner und Tee / Kaffee sowie zwei Flaschen Wasser.

The services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Really lovely welcome when I arrived. I was early but the room was ready. Comfortable bed had a good night's sleep. I had dinner reservations elsewhere but then came back to the bar for coffees and a chat in the lobby with my son and his student friends theyu were warmly welcomed too. Didn't have the breakfast BUT had an amazing Afternoon Tea overlooking the sea with a friend.

GGastnutzerWe were relocated to this hotel from the nightmare of 'Amherst hotel'. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were friendly. We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.

But on the night of our stay was very strong wind and omg felt like windows will fall out, we stayed up all night. Room was freezing.
In the no when I did check why the wind noise was sooo bad I realised there was a massive gap between window and frame.
On the check out girl asked how was my stay and when I said it was just alright, she wasn’t bothered to ask why and skipped to next question.
I could point out issue we had but there was a guest in front of me who was talking about the same situation and girl at reception offered her blanket and heater, sounds like it’s on good problem in hotel with windows and stuff can’t be ask to deal with it.

Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

Das Frühstück war gut ein kleines kochiertes Frühstück auf Angebot (keine Vegetationen auf Anfrage verfügbar) Getreide mit alternativer Milch auf Anfrage. Zimmer ein wenig überholt, aber insgesamt gute Erfahrung. Begrenzte Parkplätze verfügbar bei Hotel £27 pro Tag oder £ 4.50 pro Stunde, aber Sie müssen die Schlüssel mit Concierge lassen, wenn sie Autos umziehen, um sie in passen. Original Aufzug ziemlich cool
