Arguably the best hotel in Brighton.  Upgraded me to a seaview suite for just an extra 50 pounds.  Very worth it!

Amazing room. Not the largest but very cozy. Nice TV and antique hotel!!! Everything felt like historical. Love the bathtub but would be better if it's wider. Will visit again going back to Brighton! Staffs are friendly as well.

This was such an amazing time in Brighton for my partners birthday. They left us a little box of chocolate and a note saying happy birthday which was really really sweet. Upgraded us to balcony to see the whole of the beach and Brighton/hove

We try to stay in this hotel every Christmas for just a night to recharge it’s the perfect location for the city centre and across the road to a lovely beach would highly recommended

The Grand stay was premium and location is excellent. It has a touch of historical value and will come back again

THIS IS A LEGITIMATE REVIEW FROM A LEGITIMATE USER, AND IT SHOULD BE YOUR MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING: Good old-fashioned hotel with exceptional location on the seafront. Booked an executive king size seaview room with a balcony for 2 nights, and yeah the balcony is everything you should dream of, the view from dusk till dawn and the experience is really just beyond words. However, aside from the visual attraction, the overall staying experience was absolutely awful in 2 aspects: 1. On the last night of our stay we found a **** stain on one of the bath towel and it was truly disgusting that we couldn’t bother to report it to the reception as we’re gone the next day, we tried to divert our focus from being disgusted(so we did not care to take a photo of this) 2. Both morning during around 9-10 am we got woke up by constant penetrating electric drilling noises. Can you imagine how awful that is? We came all the way to Brighton for a 2-night getaway, the least you could do is to ensure us a quiet place to sleep ain’t it? But the hotel failed to provided this absolute basic need from customers like us. This left us sleepy all day long on our way back and thinking about never coming back to this hotel ever again. THIS IS A REAL EXPERIENCE FROM US AND WE’RE NOT INTENDED TO STIR ANY BEEF OR OFFEND ANY STAFF OF THE HOTEL. PLEASE MIND THE DATE I POSTED BECAUSE THE HOTEL MIGHT’VE IMPROVED AFTER THIS. WE DONT WANT ANY PHONE CALLS OR ANY HARASSMENTS TELLING US TO DELETE IT SO PLEASE DONT TRY THOSE. I ONLY HOPE THIS SERVES AS A REFERENCE TO THOSE WHO WERE COMING TO BRIGHTON DECIDING AN EXQUISITE PLACE TO STAY AND HELP THEM AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTMENT THEY MIGHT ENCOUNTER.

Really lovely welcome when I arrived. I was early but the room was ready. Comfortable bed had a good night's sleep. I had dinner reservations elsewhere but then came back to the bar for coffees and a chat in the lobby with my son and his student friends theyu were warmly welcomed too. Didn't have the breakfast BUT had an amazing Afternoon Tea overlooking the sea with a friend.

Another fantastic stay! Can’t wait to come again. My favourite Brighton hotel

Comfortable room with nice service. Fantastic decoration with hot water. I love the large window which makes the room full of fresh air.

Room was beautiful and staff was super friendly and helpful.

It’s a great hotel but There is no complete equipment, even the toothbrush and slippers have to ask customer service to get them 😩
