Nice stay for 1 night though did book as breakfast was advertised then was told via an email that they don’t offer that anymore which was disappointing. Room was clean and separate private bathroom was allocated down the hall. I would stay somewhere else in future with an en-suite and breakfast option

Liked · The room and en-suite were both exceptionally clean and tidy. Check in process was very easy, due to self-check in. The amenities provided were excellent; tea and coffee, hand wash and shower gel, a suitable number of towels and toilet rolls, a large smart TV, a fan for warm weather and a heater for cold weather. The location of this property is excellent, roughly a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Brighton; we felt very safe whilst staying here. Value for money at this property is excellent! I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay again! Disliked · Parking permits at £10/day were falsely advertised on the *********** website but were not possible during the time of our stay. We were only informed this after booking, which wasn't ideal. However, when challenged, the management team quickly pointed me to a nearby car-parking space that was available to book through INNIT rooms near the property at a higher price. The only slight complaint about the room itself was that it was exceptionally hot for the weather at the time, which may have been because our room was on the 3rd floor. A fan was provided which was very much needed during our stay! Although free WIFI was advertised, the connection was poor but this wasn't a big issue as we were out exploring for most of our stay!

Stayed here twice now and after staying at various hotels and guest houses in Brighton; this is one of my favourites. Its very hard to get outside space in Brighton hotels for a reasonable price for obvious reasons but this lovely place has a couple of them.The owner can't do enough to accommodate you and no question is too small to ask.Excellant customer service. Love the whole ombiance of the guest house.Excellant housekeeping if you need it...location is spot on. Definitely stay here again..

Lovely hotel, clean ,modern and staff lovely and helpful. In a great location in Kemp Town. Second time of staying. Can't wait to return. Room 4 at the front has views to the left of the sea. Breakfast not included but cafe at the end of the road - 6 doors up and another a road over.

Everything about the brighton marina was 5 star, the hosts and staff were so friendly and helpful💖...we were greeted by Ella on our arrival who couldn't have been nicer, so welcoming and friendly 😊 the room was absolutely spotless, the bed was super comfortable and huge. The room had a lovely side view of the sea...beautiful high ceiling with Victorian coving and features. Even tho it is self check in and no typical hotel reception, we still felt extremely well looked after, all the staff couldn't have been more helpful and were literally a phone call/email or message away. It is very clear the heart and passion that is put into running the hotel, We were not disappointed🥰. We are both vegan and Ella provided us with a list of great places to eat in and takeaway, we got deliveroo straight to the front door of the hotel couple times which was lovely and very prompt friendly service 🧡 The comnunal kitchen has modern appliances with coffee/ teas and a lovely area to sit in. It is literally 2 mins to the sea front, brighton is a fantastic city to visit, full of diversity,vegan friendly options, fantastic charity shops and many other great things.We will definitely be back and will be staying in the brighton marina. Thank you for making our stay so memorable 🥰

The room shown in the photograph could have been the room we stayed in. Small but comfortable with an immaculately presented bathroom. Warm room with one of the best mattresses we have shared. An explanation indicated that full housekeeping was not necessarily available on a daily basis. However, specific requests would be prioritised. a response to Covid staff shortages. True to their word, bins were emptied and tea and coffee making sachets were replaced on request. We were impressed. A coffee machine serving decent coffee was in full working order in the dining room. The room was unavailable for its intended purpose, again a pandemic casualty. However, the Post and Telegraph served a reasonably priced and decently proportioned breakfast a mere 15 minutes walk away.
