Ich habe 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel direkt über dem Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof geblieben. , x das habe ich die gute Isolierung geschätzt, in der Tat war wenig Lärm. Neues Design, angenehm. Schönes, sehr komfortabeles Zimmer mit einem großen und komfortabelen Bett, funktionalen Bad und mit den richtigen Räumen. Personal an der Rezeption verfügbar und freundlich. Ich denke, das Frühstück ist besser, da man 7,00 Euro zahlen kann, man könnte etwas von höherer Qualität machen, ich spreche von Süßigkeiten, weil ich das Salat nicht gegessen habe. Die Süßigkeiten sind sehr flach und die Saft sind ziemlich ungeschmacklich, zudem, wenn Sie in der Tischzimmer Person in der Tischzimmer, um sich selbst zu machen, ist nicht sehr professionell, ich dachte, es waren Kunden, Sie haben mich nur nach ein wenig x geholfen, um die Nummer des Zimmers zu fragen, ohne mir etwas anzubieten, und nichts vorzulegen ... Die Anfahrt vor das Hotel ist trotz der Hinweis des Hotels nicht einfach. Trotz Navi standen wir schließlich an einer Stelle, in die 3 Einbahnstraßen mündeten. Die Ausweggasse war extrem schmal. Am besten fährt man in die Tiefgarage der Piazza Vittoria, merkt sich den Parkplatz und geht dann zu Fuß zum Hotel (200 m). Das Hotelpersonal stellt Ihnen bei Abreise das Auto vor die Türe. Das Parken ist inclusive. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind gut und ruhig, das Frühstück okay. Vom Hotel aus ist man direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt.

I have been to Brescia once before and stayed in a fantastic boutique hotel, the Locanda Delle Mercanzie however it was fully booked and instead I stayed at the Albergo Orologio which is not that far away. This traditional styled hotel is in an excellent location wight in the heart of the centre of the old town and with a huge array of restaurants and bars within just a few seconds of walking! It’s also only a five or six minute walk with a wheeled bag from the Vittoria Metro station. Very convenient. Check-in was easy, the receptionist greeting with a smiling face, giving advice, telling you about the hotel etc. It always makes you feel better when you arrive at a hotel and the staff are so warm and friendly! I had booked a single room but ended up in a double room. Wifi was excellent, a fridge in the room, toiletries, plenty of plug points, air-conditioning (although turned off at this time of year), a TV, seat and desk, a small safe (passports and small items…too small for a laptop). The room and bathroom were very clean. The furniture was old but it suited the character of the hotel. Old style, almost boutique like. Breakfast was delicious. Superb coffee and made for you by the waitress. Buffet style cereals, yoghurts, breads and croissants, cake cold meats and cheese. Maybe not the greatest variety but it was all tasty and I enjoyed it. Overall I thought this hotel was quaint, it was convenient, it was clean, very well priced and the staff were friendly. I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Brescia.

Das jahrhundertealte Haus spürt tief den Sinn für Geschichte. Das Frühstück kostet 10 Euro, es ist einen Aufenthalt wert, Auf 800 Metern gibt es ein Fuji-Buffet, das Sie probieren können

At check in I asked about scheduling a massage for the following morning. Was told they no longer offer them. I asked about the pool & jacuzzi -was told they are 20 euro-somehow I missed this in hotel info…. But! It’s 10 euro because the Turkish bath is broken🙄. At 10Am I head to the reception desk in suit/cover (no robes)to ask where jacuzzi is? I’m told it must be reserved!? And its avail at noon (check-in gal said it was open at 9🤔). Not booked but they have to prepare it…ie turn on the heat? I’m very disappointed. What poor hotel practice to advertise massages and pools and jacuzzis and then they are basically unavailable. Finally no coffee in the room -bought a tablespoon of coffee for 2 euro only to drop it trying to fumble w/ the keycard which although my fault, further made this whole morning a disappointment. We are here 2 more nights & if our friends in Brescia hadn’t suggested this hotel- I would change. Finally beds are very hard.

Siamo stati subito accolti dalla ragazza alla reception che è stata veramente brava a darci tutte le spiegazioni necessarie per i due giorni e su come muoverci per arrivare in centro, parcheggio interrato al coperto incluso nel prezzo comodissimo, hotel in una buona posizione per arrivare in centro a piedi (20-25 minuti) e a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro che ti porta direttamente in centro in 10 minuti, colazione buona e abbondante anche se il 1 di Gennaio non erano presenti i cornetti perchè a quello che diceva la cameriera le pasticcerie quel giorno non erano aperte (non vedo perchè non ci dovevano essere visto che abbiamo pagato come gli altri giorni), questa è stata l’unica nota dolente, camera spaziosa con un bagno altrettanto grande e piena di servizi (avevamo Sky in camera), magari una rinfrescata alle stanze non sarebbe male visto che sono un po’ datate ma ben attrezzate.

L'ambiente unico con camere che affacciano sull'impluvio di luce della reception rende l'hotel molto accogliente con la sensazione di avere tutto sotto controllo. Camere ben insonorizzate con materassi matrimoniali confortevoli unici e di marca. La pulizia è affidata a personale professionale ed affidabile, come la signora Giulia. La colazione è di buona qualità, senza restrizioni ed è affidata alla cura di Angela e Marika. L'accoglienza impeccabile della signora Anna, coadiuvata da Alice, completano le condizioni ottimali per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità sui laghi che sono a poca distanza.

Sehr schönes Ambiente von aussen. Wir waren mit Hund dort und haben ein Zimmer bekommen mit Blick auf die Mauer vom Nachbargebäude, obwohl das Hotel bei weitem nicht ausgebucht war. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und grosszügig. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Drinks abends an der Bar eher schlechte Qualität bei hohem Preis, das Frühstück dafür umso vielseitiger und mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse und sehr schönem Blick auf den Innenhof. Für den Hund wurde uns extra aufs Zimmer ein Futter und Wassernapf und ein Hundekissen gebracht, sehr nette Geste, allerdings zahlt man für den Hund auch 30,- Euro pro Nacht zusätzlich. Für 1 Nacht für die Durchreise war es für uns sehr praktisch gelegen, da nah an der Autobahn und dennoch sehr ruhig.

With family we traveled to Monaco and decide to stay for night in this hotel.. in reception I asked that can we field all registration with passports a little bit later, because our infant really crying and very hungry. I asked please give me the key of the room for my wife and infant baby that she can care for baby.. Georgia (name person from reception) told me NO!!! So we waited with crying baby when Georgia field in computer details from all passports also infant as well.. it’s really not humanly. After few minutes gave me the key of the room and I payed for the room. The room price was 102€ but she charge us 303€. Georgia special did this.. also gave us not working room key.. Georgia special did this. I came to reception again and told her that room key not working.. she made face like- I don’t care and and demanded the remove of the car from reception parking area.. it’s normal?! After two times unsuccessful to enter in the room.. we decide leave that hotel.. I hope that will not happens with someone and persons like Georgia never works reception.. room cleaners have better etiquette.
