Excellent location: the train station is across the road; and there are loads of restaurants, cafes, pubs etc within walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved my room (at first). It was a great size, I had a kingsized bed, and the window opens a bit as I like having fresh air. However, the maintenance let things down. There was an issue with drainage - the loo didn't flush that well. I was only there for one night, and didn't have time to change rooms. The lifts broke, so it was the stairs to get back to your roon, or sleep outside. I hope the maintenance issues are sorted soon, as I would like to book this hotel again.

This is great hotel which with the Elizabeth line is in easy travelling distance to London. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Although busy the hotel was still quiet, resulting in a good nights sleep after a long day . Breakfast was nice and service good. Overall a good base to stay when visiting London .

Hotel fine but DO NOT PARK TRADE VANS there. Thieves ripped our locks off and stole £2000 worth of tools inside. Hotel was clean and tidy - such as shame their security isn't to the same standard. I recommend to Premier Inn that this needs addressing urgently otherwise we will have to consider not using the facilities anymore.

Reception was great and the room was clean but there was a terrible smell especially in the bathroom - could have been drains but whatever it was it was unpleasant. The breakfast in Thyme Restaurant was the worst I’ve ever had at the Premier Inn. They are usually hot and tasty and replenished as needed. Today it was all cold and the hash browns looked and tasted like they had been fried multiple times - so disappointing.

Stayed with my 12 yr old daughter. Found parking for free at station 2 min walk away. Person present at check-in. Room was a premier plus and was spotless, even the silicone around the bath looked new. Nice soap and body wash. Everything you need, hairdryer, fridge and water, tv and wireless charge point. Lovely comfy bed and blackout curtains. A good stay for decent price.

On arrival there was a very bad smell from the drains in the room. Also the heating system did not work very cold in room. Mobile heater given to me by staff. I have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 months and these two problems are not being resolved. The staff on site are doing there very best but do not seem to be getting support from headquarters.

Checked in late on Christmas day without any delay at desk. Directed to 8th floor as a Premier Plus couple. Fabulous upgraded room lighting, bathroom and furnishings. High up .. very quiet and a wonderful comfortable bed. Great value and staff were polite and efficient. Would strongly recommend.

Found a bed bug crawling across my pillow after being in the room for about an hour. Was offered another room but didn't want to chance repeat experience. Money for room returned eventually, was informed by PI bugs had been found and dealt with.

The place has just been refurbished nicely but the heating/cooling system was not upgraded. The rooms are colder and most of the time it is warmer in the corridors than the rooms. The heat settings can be set to heat remotely but are always left on auto. 25 degrees on the screen does not reflect in the room. Why can't these be set to 'heat' for winter???

The Premier Plus room was very comfortable and I felt the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. The reception staff were great and the breakfast was better than some other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at over the years. The location is central and there are plenty of shops nearby. I would certainly be happy to return.

Clean and tidy hotel, good location if using the Elisabeth line into London (2mins walk to station) Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of options. Reception staff not the best, tried over a dozen times in 3 hours to contact the hotel without the phone ever been answered.
