Beautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

I arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory. During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow. Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay. The experience left a negative impression and fell short of what would be expected from a hotel of this standard. 我曾协助客人在该酒店预订了四间大床房，但其在酒店餐厅的用餐体验并不理想。 用餐期间，餐厅几乎处于空置状态，仅有我们一桌客人，但服务流程却明显缓慢且缺乏跟进。前菜结束后，长时间无人询问主菜安排；即便完成点单，餐盘也未能及时提供，上菜节奏明显异常。 在客流极少的情况下出现这样的情况，实在令人费解。整体体验未能达到该酒店应有的服务水准，留下了不佳的印象。

It is a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!! Could do with non slip bath mats when getting out the shower. Rooms can do with more heating as it was very cold. The bed was okay could do with a more sturdy mattress. Overall experience was great and the reception ladies was amazing and friendly.

Schöner Ort! Design und Stil sind sehr einzigartig mit einem alten Pueblo-Stil, und die Lage ist großartig. Allerdings wird sie noch renoviert, und der Schwimmbad war im Sommer nicht geöffnet. Es sollte eine Verbesserung bei der Angabe, dass der Shuttle-Service mit einem zusätzlichen Kosten kommt; es sollte als Option angekündigt werden, da die meisten Aufenthalte Shuttle-Services zu einem zusätzlichen Kosten anbieten. Der Preis war 200Rand, und ein Uber ist günstiger. Die Empfangsperson war sehr hilfreich und klar; sie war super schön.

Ich war schon einmal hier und der Hauptgrund war in der Nähe des Flughafens, in einem sicheren Komplex, Zugang zu Restaurants usw. im Kaiserpalast. Zimmer sauber und ordentlicher Standard, Frühstück gut und Personal bereit zu helfen. Insgesamt gut und würde wieder hier übernachten

This place is convenient for layovers, early flights or delayed flights. It’s practically at OR Tambo international airport. The service was excellent and it’s clean. I would recommend it.

Exzellent!! Das war so bequem! Sie haben zu jeder Tageszeit einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer. Die Angestellten sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer ist perfekt!

Since my flight arrived very late at night, the staff kindly suggested a driver to pick me up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made my arrival stress-free. The guest house was impeccably clean (5/5), and the service was excellent (5/5) – the staff was friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout my stay. The location was convenient (4/5), being close to the airport, though not much else is within walking distance. The amenities were decent (4/5), offering all the basics I needed for a comfortable stay. While the aesthetic wasn’t my favorite (3/5), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Breakfast had limited options, but I wasn’t upset about it – it was enough to start the day. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, offering great value for the price. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and convenient spot near OR Tambo Airport.

The place was very affordable, very clean, and very accommodating. I was traveling alone and was kind of scared, but the driver made me feel really safe - he was so chatty and nice, LOL. The room is beautiful, and everything was just great. PS: when you book, you also get the shuttle service; forgot to do it but they came to fetch me anyway, which was really nice of them, thank God!
