Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Hotel! Zentral gelegen und dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße, ist es abends und nachts immer ruhig und friedlich! Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich! Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden! Viele Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wäscheservice und Fahrradverleih sind zu sehr günstigen Preisen verfügbar! Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist natürlich das Personal! Unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht! Beim Check-in bekamen wir erfrischende Handtücher und Begrüßungsgetränke! Sie halfen uns auch beim Check-in und Check-out mit unserem Gepäck! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem Boutique-Hotel. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und haben uns wirklich bestmöglich umsorgt. Zuerst schien die Lage etwas abseits vom Zentrum zu sein, und ohne Grab waren wir skeptisch, wie wir ins Zentrum kommen sollten. Aber die Gastgeber waren super hilfsbereit und brachten uns mit dem Auto hin und holten uns auch wieder ab. Wir durften sogar kostenlos für einen Abend einen Roller ausleihen! Das Zimmer war super neu und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Gutes Bett, großer Smart-TV (für Ruhetage), tolle Dusche, gute Klimaanlage und ein kleiner Balkon. Wir bekamen jeden Tag hausgemachtes vietnamesisches Frühstück. Selbst als meine Freundin nur Früchte wollte, haben sie eine erstaunliche Platte voll davon zubereitet. Diese Leute waren so nett und verlangten nichts dafür. Wir wollten für die Fahrten bezahlen, aber sie lehnten ab. Das Hotel liegt in einem super neuen Viertel und die Straßen sind nur für Anwohner zugänglich, was es auch sehr sicher macht. Beachten Sie nur, dass Sie, wenn Sie eine Tour buchen, nicht direkt vor dem Hotel abgeholt werden können, sondern nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also kein Problem.

I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive to guests.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Ein tolles, preiswertes Hotel auf Cat Ba. Unserer Erfahrung nach ist so etwas in Vietnam schwer zu finden! Gem, die Besitzerin, ist unglaublich gastfreundlich und immer freundlich. Schon am Tag unserer Buchung meldete sie sich bei uns, um unsere Ankunftszeit zu erfragen und zu fragen, ob wir etwas bräuchten (sie bot uns sogar einen Transfer von unserem vorherigen Hotel in Ha Long direkt zum Napoli an). Von ihrem „Kommandozentrum“ aus ist alles bestens organisiert: Motorradverleih, Wäscheservice, verschiedene Inselrundfahrten und Frühstück mit abwechslungsreichen Menüs, dazu Getränke und Obst. Sie organisiert auch gerne den Transfer zu Ihrem nächsten Ziel – und das alles zu einem fairen Preis. Die Zimmer entsprechen genau den Fotos, und Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sauber. Es gibt die wichtigsten Annehmlichkeiten sowie Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Außerdem stehen ein Kühlschrank und Warmwasser zur Verfügung. Wenn wir wieder nach Cat Ba reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Napoli übernachten!

For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Das Hotel ist toll. Safari-Fahrzeuge fahren vom Zentrum für 10.000 Baht ab. Der Strand ist wunderschön, das Frühstück ist ordentlich, mit Rührei, Gebäck und einer großen Auswahl an vietnamesischen Gerichten. Man fährt garantiert nicht hungrig ab (nur die Croissants schmeckten mir etwas nach Margarine, und das war deutlich zu schmecken). Es gibt wunderschöne Hängebrücken und einen Innenpool, aber der Infinity-Pool war leider außer Betrieb. Das Hotelrestaurant ist gut, mit leckeren Frühlingsrollen und Pasta. Es sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos.

Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption ist sehr nett, vermietet ein Motorrad 100k und es gibt auch vieles zu essen, aber das Frühstück ist in der letzten Zeit nicht mehr.

Очень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
