The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I sincerely thank the entire CatBa Oversleep hostel team for your work, your love for what you do, and your complete dedication. Your care for each guest, your attentiveness, and your kindness! Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Das Hotel ist toll. Safari-Fahrzeuge fahren vom Zentrum für 10.000 Baht ab. Der Strand ist wunderschön, das Frühstück ist ordentlich, mit Rührei, Gebäck und einer großen Auswahl an vietnamesischen Gerichten. Man fährt garantiert nicht hungrig ab (nur die Croissants schmeckten mir etwas nach Margarine, und das war deutlich zu schmecken). Es gibt wunderschöne Hängebrücken und einen Innenpool, aber der Infinity-Pool war leider außer Betrieb. Das Hotelrestaurant ist gut, mit leckeren Frühlingsrollen und Pasta. Es sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos.

Чисто. В номере есть принадлежности для душа и чайник. На кухне можно набрать питьевой воды. Красиво вокруг и чистый воздух. Горы, птички, бабочки Два больших окна с прекрасным видом!! . Приветливые хозяева. И говорят по английски. Есть кафе прям в отеле, довольно большой выбор блюд и приемлемые цены. Возможно заказать экскурсии и трансфер, чтобы добраться до города. Можно арендовать байк. Будьте внимательны, на острове не работают приложения с такси, поэтому или нужно брать байк в аренду или заказывать такси через отели или на улице ловить. Отель все таки находится далеко от всего. Единственный большой минус - плохая шумоизоляция в номерах. Слышно очень сильно всех соседей.

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Ich fand den bereitgestellten Elektroroller sehr praktisch. Sie halfen mir auch bei der Taxibestellung für meine Abreise. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und bot Frühstück an. Einziger Nachteil war die Lage des Hotels; es war etwas versteckt, weshalb ich es erst nach einiger Zeit finden musste. Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel für seinen Service eine sehr gute Bewertung geben.

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung! Ausstattung ist basic. Das einzig, was ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige kleine Kakerlaken im Badezimmer und auf dem Boden sind kleine Viecher rumgelaufen. Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden was dabei. Fitnessraum war klein, aber sehr gut. Die Geräte sind neu und man kann da gut trainieren. Die Aussicht wurde im Herbst 2024 leider von einer großen Baustelle getrübt, die auch entsprechend lärmt.

Der kleine Bruder der Rezeption ist sehr nett, vermietet ein Motorrad 100k und es gibt auch vieles zu essen, aber das Frühstück ist in der letzten Zeit nicht mehr.

Очень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
