Been coming to this hotel once a year for several years. Things have certainly slipped. Asked for service each day, assured that would happen (“you’re on the list”). First day it happened, that’s was that. :( First morning came down for breakfast pretty early (6:45) . There were few people present, maybe five got there before me. There were four (4) sausage patties in the container -total. BTW the parking lot was full the previous evening so not sure what anyone who came after me ate. 2nd morning. Link sausages, plenty of them, but they were not hot. Kinda warm, but not all the way thru. 3rd morning. No bagels, no bread what-so-ever so I couldn’t make a sandwich. No pastries. Had to eat a waffle. Went to check out and asked as always can I have a late checkout at 12 versus 11. As a Honors member that’s typical, you might as well have been asking for a free night. The response was not exactly supportive, but they did agree. The clerks facial expression said it all. 1st day, wife was in the room and someone opened the door. Block Lock was in place, she said give me a minute. When she opened the door, no one was present and no one was in the hallway. Raised the issue to the desk, just to be sure whoever it was should have been there. Told they would check it out, but told cameras on the floor don’t work. Management never got back and explained what happened…. Soooo who knows. Not exactly reassuring. All in all what was a good place to go has become a gone to, not going back.

Hotel war sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage war akzeptabel und nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider funktionierten einige ihrer Einrichtungen nicht, als ich hineinging, wie z. B. ihr Drucker oder Computer. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat eine Arbeit rund um. Das Essen sollte wegen Covid gehen, war aber immer noch sättigend.

Das war sicherlich eine unserer besten Hotelerfahrungen bislang. Erstaunliches Personal! Sie schauen immer auf ihre Gäste. Meine Freunde und ich fühlten sich wie zu Hause. Die Betreuung im Frühstücksbereich war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie stellte sicher, dass wir nicht auf irgendwelche Artikel verpasst haben. Das Frühstück hatte mehr als erwartet, wie frische Wärmewaffeln, Sauce-Küchen, Eier- und Käseküchen, geschrotet Eier und frisches Obst. Sie bieten Grits, verschiedene Getreide, Oatmehl mit verschiedenen Topfs, und andere Basisartikel wie Bagel und Creme-Käse, verschiedene Arten von Muffins, verschiedene Geschmacksarten von griechischer Joghurt (insbesondere mein Lieblings-Kartoffel-Aroma), Saft, frisches warmes Kaffee, Tee, etc. zusätzlich zu den heißen Frühstücksartikeln. Meine Freunde lieben diesen Ort, da sie gerne das Schaufelboard und Pooltisch spielen, während sie die erwachsenen Getränke(n) genießen, die sie von dem Marktplatz in diesem Hotel gekauft haben. Einige tolle Bier und Wein. Sie sind sogar in den Pool und entspannt im Spa am Tag vor dem Abflug. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen!
