Hotels mit Frühstück in Virginia Beach

Dirty, dingy, dark, and dumpy. I cannot believe how dark and dirty the rooms are. The wall above the bed was covered in dust. The blankets looked old and filthy. There are no overhead lights and no floor lamps in the bedroom - just bedside reading lights - so we needed to use our phone flashlights to unpack. The carpet is ripped, the toilet flooded out of the tank on day 2 from normal usage. This hotel clearly cheapens out on everything. When we checked in, I asked for the sofa bed to made up and the receptionist handed me blankets and said I needed to do it myself, there was no one to do it. Then she told us we needed to walk through an unsafe, un-manned garage to access our room. We booked a one bedroom for our family of 4, and disappointed to see there was no door on the bedroom. Or the bathroom. So much for privacy. To me, no door = no bedroom. The pool was fine, as pictured. Restaurant was passable for a hotel bistro. Only nice feature here is the pool. We come every year to see family late September, and have stayed at four other hotels at Virginia Beach. We would never recommend this one and won’t be staying here again. Dark and disgusting.

Hotel is really clean, what i love most about them is they have their own guest laundry its very helpul after long day at the beach to wash and dry our clothes. Breakfast is amazing and staff are friendly. The maid provided me extra towels when i needed them,

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage! So viel zu tun in Spazierweiterung und sie geben Ihnen eine Karte mit den aufgeführten Unternehmen. Das Personal ist hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Der Poolbereich ist super schatzlich. Wir werden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben!! Parkplatz ist in der Nähe in einer Garage und GRATIS. Am Wochenende, bevor wir 60.00 Dollar für den Parkplatz in einem Marriott zahlen.

This is a brand new property. So everything was clean and fresh and new. I was very impressed by our stay. The room had standard amenities. The beds were cozy with clean crisp sheets. My daughter and I both loved the shower. It had a fridge and microwave and real plates and cups, silverware too. Had dishwasher as I’m sure some people do stay longer than one night. An interesting space with a curtain divider between sitting/work area and beds. Breakfast was what I expect from Hilton properties. Real plates here too. Angela was wonderful in the morning, she really made our morning. I was enjoying some peace and coffee while the teenager slept, we chatted a minute or two and then both went about our morning, when teenager was awake and hangry and came done for breakfast she remembered us. It’s these little things that make me love staying at Hilton properties. Check in and out was a breeze and while I did speak with a young lady and a young man on our way out I do not remember their names but they were both very friendly. While I don’t get to Virginia often as we only came for a concert if I ever come this way again I will definitely stay here.

The view of the sunrise from the hotel is the best you can ever experience. The room and facilities in the hotel are one of the best you can get in Virginia Beach. Also there have friendly environment with staff showing professionalism with equal treatment irrespective of where the guest is coming from.

Ivenia Front Desk ist so süß und hilfreich! Ich wollte eine Nacht zu bleiben und sie sagte, sie würde ihr hartsten versuchen und ich wusste, sie würde! Super süßes Lächeln! Eine Abstürze ist kein Kaffee in den Zimmern und schwer, früh am Morgen zu finden. Du musste nach Dunkin laufen! Schöne Spa- sie bieten komplimentarische Champagner!

This was such a nice hotel, I would definitely stay here again. We had a smooth check-in, and the person working the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for business travel. I was only there for one night, so I didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully stocked and would be perfect if you were staying for a longer trip and didn't want to eat out every day. It had a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher, plus plenty of counter space - including a few counter stools. The room also had a big couch, large desk area, a really nice walk-in shower, a closet, and a nice built-in with a countertop that was perfect getting ready. The hotel looked new, so I was surprised when the front desk clerk said it was 4 years old. The finishes were nice, it was well-maintained, and it was clean. The hotel is about half a mile from an area with a lot of shops and restaurants. From friendly staff to the clean and comfortable rooms, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Das positive zuerst: es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern, gute Bar mit Außenterasse. Die Lage ist prima direkt am langen Sandstrand. Speisen und Getränke waren auch gut. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Es fängt mit dem einchecken an, lange Schlangen für nur 3 Schalter ein extra Check- in für Gold oder Diamond Members wird nicht angeboten, kennen wir von Hilton in dieser Preisklasse nicht. Als wir dann irgendwann mal an der Reihe waren wurde uns gesagt das unser Zimmer nur noch vom Housekeeping inspiziert werden muss, das war gegen 15:45 Uhr Check in ist ab 15:00 Uhr…. wir bekamen einen Zimmerschlüssel allerdings ohne Zimmernummer. Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit fragten wir nach was den jetzt nun mit dem Zimmer sei, darauf wusste die Dame erst keine Antwort, nach einem Telefonat wurde uns gesagt das ein anderes Zimmer für uns vorbereitet wird was wieder dauerte. um 16:45 Uhr konnte wir dann endlich in das Zimmer, auf meine Beschwerde hin ob das normal hier sei das Gold Member 1 Std. auf das Zimmer warten müssen bekamen wir immerhin als Endschädigung ein Preisnachlass für die erste Nacht und 2 Getränkegutscheine. Dann kam die nächste Hürde die Fahrt mit dem Aufzug, 3 Aufzüge für 20 Etagen! Also war die mäste Wartezeit vorprogrammiert. Am nächsten Morgen ging es dann weiter, warten auf einen Tisch zum Frühstück 45min, da auch andere Gäste die nicht im Hotel wohnen hier frühstücken. Es waren im Aussenbereich und in der angrenzenden Bar genug Tische frei die aber nicht belegt wurden ( typische Ausrede COVID). Abends betrug die Wartezeit auf einen Tisch 60 min, das wollten wir dann nicht und sind auswärts essen gegangen. Der Dachpool ist viel zu klein, man kann nicht schwimmen, es voll mit Kindern die immer wieder ins Wasser springen obwohl es verboten ist, auch hier kümmert sich niemand, außerdem gibt es keine Sonnenschirme so das man gezwungen auf harten Holzliegen ohne Polsterauflage in der Sonne zu Brezeln. Fazit: das Hotel ist eine große Wartehalle und total überfordert wenn es mal voller ist. Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel. Es schade da es von der Ausstattung vom Hotel und den Zimmern sehr schön ist. Und wenn man nur halben Service ( Zimmerservice bei 3 Nächten gar nicht, nur nach Aufforderung)bietet sollte man nicht den vollen Preis verlangen. (Wir haben über 300€/Nacht bezahlt) . Einen guten Service bieten die Jungs beim Valet Parking..
