Der Service des Hotels Rezeptions ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, das Zimmer ist mit kostenlosem Schalen, die Rezeption wird 2 Liege Wasser geben, und ein Willkommensgetränk, 5 － 7 Uhr bietet dem Gast einen kostenlosen Glas Rotwein und bietet auch kostenlose Lieferung an die Nähe. Die Hotelstelle ist sehr bequem, es gibt eine Busbahnhof innerhalb von 100 m, Supermarkt. Diese Einreise ist gerade eine kleine Akuta Landschaft. Es wird empfohlen, nach Seattle zu fahren.

Einer der besten Hotels in Seattle und hat alle Einrichtungen. Parkplatz ist wirklich teuer, obwohl bei 78 Dollar pro Nacht fühlt sich wie Autobahnrob. Sie haben auch eine Menge schüchtern Gebühren, so sorgfältig auf Ihre Rechnung zu achten.

Great Location in downtown. It was easy to walk or jump on public transport to go wherever we wanted. Very clean, with a very young and hip vibe. Rooms were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Hotel prices were not expensive for what we got, great value! Parking was a little spendy, but a huge chunk of that was taxes so we would have paid it at other lots as well. No restaurant on site, but they did have a coffee bar with pastries and sandwiches. Across the street was an inexpensive coffee shop with great breakfast options too. We would definitely go back!

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden. Die Reinigung der Zimmer (Roomkeeping) findet laut Aushang im Zimmer und Information der Lobby nur alle zwei Tage statt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurde kein Roomkeeping durchgeführt. Daher wurden auch 3 Tage die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Dies finde ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unwürdig. Eine Reklamation an der Rezeption unsererseits fand diesbezüglich nicht statt, da einige Mitarbeiter ohnehin nicht all zu freundlich waren.

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen, Hilfe anzubieten, wann immer es nötig war und mich wirklich willkommen fühlen. Das Zimmer war spotless und sehr gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt bequem und entspannt machte. Die Einrichtungen waren auch hervorragend, mit allem sorgfältig geliefert und gut organisiert. Insgesamt überstieg die Erfahrung meine Erwartungen. Ich würde hier sicher noch einmal bleiben und es anderen sehr empfehlen.

Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist gut, sehr nahe dem Markt der Pike, und dann ist es sehr bequem, wohin auch immer. Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr sauber und gesund. Die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist super gut. Aber es wird dringend empfohlen, dass das Haus ist.
