GGastnutzerDas Pulverhaus in war eine quaint und ruhige B & B und eine fantastische Lage. Ich konnte zu allem gehen. Der Besitzer war genügend freundlich, um ein Frühstück zu machen, das ich mit meinen Allergien tatsächlich essen konnte. Genießen Sie Ihre Zeit in St. Augustine.

GGastnutzerIt was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

Had a good sleep on the beds.
Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice.
Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome!
I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.
The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.
The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there.
Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty. We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬
As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up).
Overall, despite the negative observations, we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

GGastnutzerWe enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

GGastnutzerThe reception was friendly and informative. Housekeeper was nice. She asked if we needed our room refreshed. The location to St George Street wasn't too far of a walk. Just under a mile to cross the St John's River to reach Saint George street.

GGastnutzerSchönes Hotel und Essen war gut, obwohl wir sahen, dass zwei Paare wütend verlassen wegen mehr als 30 Minuten warten auf das Frühstück. Personal vorhanden machte ihr Bestes, aber das Küchenpersonal konnte nicht auf Bestellungen halten
Aus meiner persönlichen Sicht ist meine einzige Beschwerde die zusätzliche $25 pro Nacht für Parkplätze. Es fühlt sich wie nur eine andere Möglichkeit, den Kunden zu schütteln

GGuest UserCheyenne am Frontbüro war wunderbar, um alle unsere Bedürfnisse zu behandeln. Die Leute, die das Essen in der Frühstückslinie ausgegeben, ich gebe ein Kopf auf den schwarzen schweren Mann, der freundlich und professionell war. Nicht so viel für das Mädchen ältere Mädchen in Schneidshorts, die ihm helfen. Zimmer war so sauber und der Pool awesome. Freundliche Hausbetreuung machte uns gut fühlen. Wir blieben in Zimmer 131 und das einzige Problem war die Tür zum Badezimmer konnte nicht schließen. Das Personal ging aus ihr war, uns zu fahren, wo wir brauchten. Ich liebe diesen Ort und würde nie auf irgendein anderes suchen. Lage ist perfekt direkt neben dem Trolley für Touren und sie holen Sie auf dem Hotel.

GGastnutzerI chose it because of price. Out of the way, a little old and worn. But service was good my TV didn’t work but the guy on reception brought a replacement within minutes. Bed beer soft but sheets clean.
Unexpectedly breakfast was included, plastic everything and choice limited but the coffee was great.
Will I go back, I hope not, but if I did it wouldn’t be the worst place I’ve stayed
