Pros: The resort is beautiful. The staff is wonderful and work hard. Thank you Miguel for your bar service and attention to detail - it did not go unnoticed. The weather was perfect. The water in the pool was nice and cool - cloudy - but expected with that many people wearing sunscreen and little children that never get out of the water ALL day... The beds are comfy, pillows are OK. They keep the beach cleaned. Jet ski staff - great Navy veteran working there - thank you for your service and he gave un a few extra minutes. Food is good poolside. Service is prompt. Lots of parking. Towels are soft. Cons: Water pressure is non-existent. Housekeeping is slow and inconsistent. One trash can not nearly enough in the room. The one bar that is open after the pool bar closes is a joke. Entertainment? Thu-Fri-Sat starts at 7:00 until 9:00 but there is nothing else happening. They don't have music unless you want to hear resort music that you have heard all day long on repeat. There is no late food service as the kitchen closes early. One bartender - I think her name is Victoria - was overly rude and condescending towards guests. She complained that she was overworked and hadn't had a day off in over a week.... We booked a snorkeling trip - had to drive off property to get to the boat. They should offer some sort of discount for that inconvenience. Our first reef was outstanding with tons of fish and sea life to see. The second location - why did we even go there. It was sea grass and sand........ I talked with others that were on the trip and they displayed their displeasure with his selection as well. Apparently he was taking advice from his wife that was on the boat. Every time we went into the lobby to snag a few cookies - the same tune - ”all the kids came in and took them all” Why didn't they stop that? Same think happened with the popcorn machines... First two drinks per guest amounts to a small split of warm bubbly with plastic flutes??? All in all our stay was very enjoyable but at that price point - we expected excellence and got standard.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier, was nicht genug war! Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern mit Blick auf den Strand von Hammock. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet im Calusa ... Wir haben im Dry Rocks zu Mittag gegessen ... leckere frische Salate, Tacos usw. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. . Wir liebten beide Strände. . . Coconut Beach hatte viele Sonnenliegen, viel Schatten und das Meer war schön und warm. Wir haben Paddle Board, Kajakfahren und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! ! Perfekt für Paare, Familien usw... Tolles Hotel. Kann es kaum erwarten, zurückzukehren.

I love this resort - it was exactly what my family and I needed for a relaxing, but adventurous getaway. I can’t say enough about the service, attention to detail, and amenities this resort offers. Everyone was so kind, helpful, attentive, and provided exemplary service. My husband and I immediately extended our stay after being there for a day. You really can’t go wrong with this resort. I want to call out two people who provided over-the-top, impressive service. First, Edwin, the outdoor server, was everywhere and just consistently checked up on my family and I during our time outdoors. He was hustling, sweating, and did everything with the kindest smile and heart. Hard work should always be rewarded and you could tell Edwin had so much pride in what he does. Truly loved that he took such good care of my family and I and I hope he’s recognized for his efforts. Second, is Armando, within the engineering team. I never fished before and Armando saw me struggling on the dock. He stayed with me FOR AN HOUR after his day was done to help me. At times he was even more dedicated than I to catch a fish, but in the end, we did and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. He said, “we’re going to make you a memory today!” And we for sure did. We’re planning annual trips back to Playa Largo. My three-year old loved the pool, fishing, looking for starfish, and hanging out in the room! Such an amazing place, I can’t wait to return!

Große Lage und gute Einrichtungen. Personal wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit und nichts ist zu viel Problem. Rick the GM hält ein wirklich gutes Hotel hier. In Orten ist das Hotel etwas datiert, aber es ist von der Personal und Einrichtungen zusammengestellt. Während wir hier waren, schrieben sie uns einen Brief und entschuldigten sie, dass sie eine kleine Reparatur an den Patiotüren machen mussten und sichergestellt, dass es eine angenehmen Zeit war, es zu tun und uns ein Frühstücksgutschein für die Probleme gegeben. Kann nicht warten, um wieder zu bleiben.

Für 200 Dollar pro Nacht hatte ich ein Zimmer, das nicht weiter als 150 Meter von der A1A entfernt war Datum! An mindestens 2 Stellen im Badezimmer war Klebeband; das Badezimmerlicht war eine Verandaleuchte im Freien (nur ohne gelbes Insektenlicht); die Badezimmertür öffnete sich direkt in die Zimmertür; Die Lücke zwischen dem Boden und dem Türstau der Zimmertür war lächerlich (könnte als helles Nachtlicht verwendet werden) - musste Handtücher entlang des Bodens legen und eines von der Seite hängen, um zu versuchen, das Licht und einige der zu blockieren? Straßenlärm; die Klimaanlage schaltete sich alle 2-7 Minuten ein, lief 1-10 Minuten, ziemlich laut; der Kühlschrank (den ich erst Freitagnacht/Samstagmorgen gefunden habe, als plötzlich ein sehr hörbares Geräusch einsetzte und mich weckte - ich musste ihn ausschalten) war in den falschen Kommodenschubladen versteckt; der Schminkspiegel erinnerte mich an einen dieser Spiegel, die man auf einem Karneval sieht (verzerrt); im ganzen Raum waren abgeplatzte Bodenfliesen; Der Herr an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht das, was man als übermäßig freundlich bezeichnen würde; Die Zimmermädchen kamen und machten das Bett und brachten neue Handtücher und Toilettenartikel; Es gab an beiden Morgen ein kostenloses ”kontinentales Frühstück” (Kaffee und Tee, Saft in Flaschen, abgepackte Dänen, Einzelportionen Joghurt, Orangen); Bett war bequem; aber die Kissen waren für Kinder gemacht (vielleicht 2 Fuß lang - zumindest waren es 4 Stück, damit man sie zusammenstapeln konnte); und was ist mit Kurzlaken des Bettes? Ich habe meine Reservierung und Zahlung an Trip.com vorgenommen, aber als ich eincheckte, sagte der Typ, dass ich einige Expedia-Fragen beantworten müsse!?

What a fantastic location right on the beach with water sports At your fingertips . The hotel was immaculate and included breakfast . Snappers restaurant is next door serving wonderful food and local beer. Highly recommended it will take your breath away

Ein kleines, persönliches, lokales Resort mit Zimmern, die um einen Garten verstreut sind. Meine 10 8 und 5 Jahre alt lieben den Pool und den Strand, mit Kayaks, Paddelblättern und sogar Sand zu begraben. Sie hatten alles, was wir brauchten - eine voll funktionale Küche, eine Pille von Bordspielen für einen regnigen Tag, die besten Empfehlungen für Dinge in der Umgebung und natürlich die Behandlung von Peggys Pillow Soft Scones für Frühstück, mit einer Liste neuer Geschmacksmuster jeden Morgen.

Dies ist ein Motel. Das Zimmer ist einfach mit einem kleinen Sandstrand und das Wasser ist daneben tief. Kinder müssen aufmerksam aufpassen. Es gibt einen kleinen Pier, das Frühstück ist einfach und die Zimmer sind ziemlich sauber. Neben der Polizeistation fühle ich mich sicher

We really enjoyed our stay here , the staff went out of their way to help, were welcoming, friendly and ensured we had a great stay. We were fortunate to get a really lovely room overlooking the Marina area, which we didn't expect, and it did make our 4 night stay even better. It was lovely to look out at night and watch the sun go down, and watch the dive boats, fishing charters, snorkelling and glass bottom boats go out. For Film aficionado's you can see ”The African Queen ” pass by from time to time. The room was really spacious, well maintained ( It is an older building ) but everything worked and was fine. The location is excellent , so many options for pools , bars, restaurants , water sports, many within walking distance. As mentioned in the title , it isn't a 5 star Hotel, it is however an excellent value choice, with super service. It's a hidden gem in the keys for value and opportunity.
