It’s a nice property, the staff is courteous and we’ve stayed here many times when in Gallup. Over time it appears this Springhill Suites is falling into disrepair and no one seems to care. In May 2023 the ice machines were out of order. In July 2023, the ice machines are still not working. Further, both of the elevators have been out of order for several days With a room on the 4th floor, this is inconvenient and dangerous as guests must carry their luggage down the stairs. At least two entrance/exit doors have had out of order signs since our May visit. Lack of such basic maintenance points to much deeper business issues. Will be locate alternate hotels for all future visits to this area. This review focuses on major problems and does not include minor room issues such as faulty lamp switches, unstable chairs, and loose bathroom fixtures,

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with sofa bed. Room is spacious and clean. I’ll address the obvious first. Gallup has a reputation for its high crime. This hotel is located on the east end of town away from homes and most businesses. There are 4 other hotels nearby plus a Dennys, bbq place and gas station. The location felt safe, security was not super obvious but they were patrolling. From my 3rd floor view I saw many pick up trucks with toolboxes and other items in the bed. 2 cars parked next to us had bikes in a bike rack. A few people had trailers with items strapped down. All in all it looked like a bunch of people doing what we were doing, just passing through. This hotel also only has 2 exterior doors you can access from the outside, the front lobby and one other door. All other exterior doors are locked from the outside. There is no where in America that is inherently safe, this place is no worse than anywhere else. Hot water was another frequent complaint about this hotel from others. We had 5 people and we all had hot water. Maybe it was a problem they fixed. I’m actually surprised at how low this hotel ranks on TA. I would absolutely stay there again.

This is an older 50’s era one story motel. While it looks kind of drab from the outside, rooms were clean and recently remodeled. Towels looked new. There is no coffee in the room or office. I couldn’t get the tv to work, but there is strong internet, so I watched Netflix and Roku on my device which I prefer anyway. Breakfast bags are available in the morning consisting of Raisin Bran cereal, raisin bread, and milk. Rates are reasonable and staff polite. I was only looking for some evening rest while going through town on my way to California, and this served my purpose.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. For the money it is fair. One problem that has always been present is the fact that their ”breakfast” is non existent. Compared to other similar priced and rated motel/hotel establishments I stay at this one is the PITTS! Almost non-existent, Others have waffle or Pancake machines, Most have toast, scrambled eggs or omlets, or oatmeal, etc. Selection of fresh fruit, yogurt or even fresh donuts are not available. Very Very skimpy selection at best. Why they even list ”breakfast is beyond me.

GGuest UserIch war nach einem Flug nach Kansas zurück. Die Komfort-Sites waren voll, aber sie sagten mir, dass Sleep Inn Zimmer hatte. Der Vorderbüro-Verwalter hätte nicht freundlicher gewesen sein können. Er war sehr nett und bot seit ich um 2 Uhr ein erweitertes Check-out an. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ein wenig klein, das ziemlich typisch ist von Sleep Inns (das ist keine Beschwerde). Es war sauber und sehr gut vorbereitet. Ich freue mich, dass diese Option in Gallup verfügbar ist. Eine der schöneren Motel in der Stadt. Ich empfehle sie sehr!

GGuest UserIch war wirklich glücklich mit allem, vor allem, weil es etwas niedriger ist als die ähnlichen Klasse Hotels in der Umgebung. Alles sah schön aus, war sehr komfortabel und ich erwartete weniger ehrlich. Einchecken war großartig. Das Frühstück war gut - einige heiße Gerichte zusammen mit den Angeboten, die Sie erwarten zu finden. Ich mag das Eigentum wirklich. Nicht etwas, das für uns nicht perfekt war!

Hatte ein ADA Zimmer mit einem Walk-in-Dusche mit einem Sitz in ihm. Sie haben auch einen Stuhl im Badezimmer, dass jemand anderes verwenden könnte, wenn Sie Hilfe in der Dusche brauchen. Großes Objekt und nie hatte zuvor, hatte immer meine Frau stand, als sie mir half. Der Rest des Zimmers war sehr groß mit TV und Wärme & A/C gut funktionieren. TV ist DirectTV. Das einzige schlechte Ding war das Bett zu hoch, hatte eine harte Zeit, es zu bekommen, aber das Bett war einmal komfortabel. Auch hatte ein Sofa im Zimmer. Insgesamt, ein großes Zimmer. GGuest UserWir blieben in einem Deluxe Doppel. Nicht sicher, ob die Zimmer anders sind. Zimmer erschien kürzlich renoviert und war sauber und adäquat mit einem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Sicherheit erschien adäquat. Gemeinsame Einrichtungen sind dünn. Frühstück war eine Waffelmaschine und ein instant Oatmehl. Frühstück endet sogar am Sonntag um 9 Uhr, was für ein Hotel etwas schädlich ist etwa 17 Meilen von einer Zeitzone-Veränderung (Personen aus AZ dürfen das Frühstück nicht am Ende um 8 Uhr am Körper schätzen). Wie viel Mühe würde es dauern, um zumindest bis 10:00 Uhr lokal zu gehen? Die Antwort ist wahrscheinlich viel, wie mehr Leute es nutzen würden.

Gallup hat leider schon lange seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wir waren schon zweimal in dieser Stadt, allerdings beide Male in einem sehr bekannten Hotel. Diesmal mussten wir uns etwas anderes suchen und fanden das Comfort Inn. Es war nicht schlecht - ein ordentliches Zimmer mit guten Betten, sauberer Sanitätanlage, Kühlschrank und Zubehör für Kaffeezubereitung - im Prinzip alles, was Reisende brauchen. Auch die Parksituation für unsere Motorräder war ok. Was allerdings enttäuschte, war das offerierte Hot Breakfast. Uns wurden von einem maskentragenden Angestellten lediglich Tüten mit kalten Artikeln überreicht.

Hier blieb eine Nacht auf dem Weg nach Colorado. (in einem isolierten Abschnitt von Gallup) Die Lobby gab einen guten ersten Eindruck, aber nachdem wir unsere Gepäck auf die Treppen gezogen, sahen wir das Zimmer. Danke für das Gute das Bett (für mich) war angemessen, weil das Zimmer datiert und sehr runter. Wasser scheint zunächst schmutzig aus dem Tapete. Eine Lampenschatz war abgeschafft. Frühstück war einfach. Pancake-Maschine war ein Plus. Ich würde auf andere Hotels suchen.

Me and my husband visit New Mexico often and stay here because we always had a good service and and it is clean. But we last stayed there on 6/18/2024. When we got up in the morning our Truck was broken in to and our stuff was taken. We ask to see the cameras they only showed my husband one. Pretty sure the camera showed more because they have them all over. We won't be staying there anymore
