Großartig
GGuest UserDas Bett war nicht sauber. Es gab Haare und Nahrungsmittelschäden auf den Blättern! Der Vorderbüro-Verwalter war sehr nett und brachte uns einige Blätter. Sie sagte, sie sei die einzige im Hotel, so dass sie niemanden schicken konnte, um die Blätter für uns zu ändern, so dass wir unser eigenes Bett ändern mussten!
Um 10 Uhr nach dem Schlafengehen hörten wir jemanden, der in dem Zimmer über uns laufen und springen. Wir warten geduldig etwa eine Stunde, um zu sehen, ob sie sich niederlegen würden, aber schließlich mussten wir den Vorderabend anrufen und Beschwerden einlegen. Die Desk-Agentin sagte, sie würde sich um sie kümmern und nach ein paar Minuten der Lärm gestoppt. Erst nach Mitternacht kam er nicht wieder zum Schlafen.

Ff1trillionAlthough the hotel is still quite new, the rooms already show a surprising amount of wear and tear. The cleanliness is okay. The location and breakfast were good. Only real minus was the parking situation. There's one lot for two hotels and definitely too few spots for all guests to find a spot. We had to park on the side of the lot in the driveway together with three other cars when we arrived in the night.

AAnonymer BenutzerVery clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of ”anything else?” etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

JJourney Miles Away 4This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!

GGastnutzerWould have given them 5 happy faces for the swimming pool BUT it was only open from 9 a.m. til 10 p.m. We didn't get to swim because of the time limitations. 👎 I was so disappointed 😞
But and on a different subject, and more importantly, i suppose, is the bed was so very comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. Which is what is the main thing one looks for in a place to sleep. So thumbs up for the mattress!👍👍👍👍👍
Everything was clean and well maintained.
We were pleasantly surprised by the charming woodsy view from our room window! 😊👍
We loved the shower walls. So much so we may decorate our home shower with it.💖😉

GGastnutzerThe room was clean for the most part (the price we paid, you can't expect it to be spotless). The stay was okay, our air-conditioner didnt work and we were so tired the first nignt, we didnt say anything. We got up and left, spending most of the day out. When we got back, we still didnt say anything about the air not working. However, on the 3rd day we did mention it to the guy up front. He offered to change rooms but we declined since we only had one more night left. The guy returned to our room with a box fan for us! Very sweet gesture and we gladly accepted. I always clean up after myself before leaving so they don't have as much of a mess to clean. It was a $50 deposit at check-in with the statement it could be 4-6 weeks before its issued back. We recieved the deposit back the same day, a few hours after leaving. Again, it isnt a luxury high-end place but it was worth the price paid and a very friendly front desk worker!

GGastnutzerI was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.

Aber es ist sehr gut, der Parkplatz ist groß, das Zimmer ist groß, der Service ist gut, das Frühstück ist auch gut, weil ich es kenne, habe ich dieses Haus mehrfach gelebt. Einmal war ich neben dem Hotel Wanhoo, obwohl das luxuriöse, aber das Zimmer klein ist, gab es zwei Feueralarms in der Mitte der Nacht, der Preis ist zu niedrig und die Erfahrung ist zu schlecht. Also wohnen Sie oft in diesem Haus.
