GGastnutzerDas Zimmer brauchte Vakuum, als wir erst da waren auch einer der Klingeln Männer, er war sehr brutal zu uns sehr brutal zu meinem Mann und ich war sehr abschiedslos, er erkannte uns nicht, und ich schätze nicht, dass jeder andere sehr freundlich war, Herzlich und nett, aber das Zimmer war die Krümmungen auf dem Boden, als wir ins Zimmer gingen

GGuest UserErstmals hier bleiben. Es war eine schöne Eigenschaft, sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut gemacht, mit einem sehr komfortablen Bett und einem sehr schön eingerichteten Badezimmer. Wir waren für eine Hochzeit da. Sie machen Hochzeiten sehr gut. Die Einrichtungen, Zeitplanung, Atmosphäre und Catering waren oberstes Stockwerk. Besonders bemerkenswert war das Essen ausgezeichnet. Jeder Mitarbeiter, von unserer Ein- bis Auscheckung, war professionell, annähernd und angenehm. Sehen Sie sich freuen, dort wieder zu bleiben.

Das Badezimmer ist sauber, aber die Wäsche ist nicht gut zu bedienen, und das Wasser wird immer noch überall gepflastert, nachdem es angepasst wurde.
Das Hotel hat ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Ff1trillionWe stayed at the recently remodeled MGM Tower because it was supposed to be superb but the furniture already shows wear and tear, the parking lot is difficult to access and cleanliness was just average with crumbs and some hair on the floor.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the casino looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.

YYEDie Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Schritte zur Promenade. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam, und ich bin seit zwei Tagen hier, um die Reinigung zu stören. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss, sehr sauber!

GGastnutzerExcellent clean conditions and very friendly staff, I actually got locked out of my room in my socks and very friendly staff helped me with a new key. Very close to the boardwalk and beach. I will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would want to check into is, the parking. I believe there is a fee to park which seems crazy for someone staying in their hotel. I was not charged a fee as they had problems with their computer which delayed my check in so was comped parking.

Ich habe eine Fernbedienung gefragt, die ich etwa eine halbe Stunde später erhalten habe.
Und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, ich rief sofort die von der Arbeitsfläche für einen Bout eine Stunde und es gab keine Antwort

CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
