Staffs are friendly and attentive
I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business
I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities.
Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van
I highly recommend it to anyone

Senelerdir Vana gelip gidiyorum her hafta. Hayatımda ilk kez bu kadar temiz bir otelde kaldım. Çalışanlar da mütevazı ve güler yuzluydu. Sık sık tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak gibi görünüyor.

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent!
The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

Die Lage ist gut, am Straßenrand, das Stadtzentrum ist sehr nah. Wenn das Zimmer am Straßenrand scharf ist, aber die Nacht ist sehr ruhig, es gibt kein Auto. Die Zusammenarbeit im Parkplatz ist nicht völlig kostenlos, das ist 1700-1100. Das Hotel ist überraschend, der Halle und das Zimmer haben das Gefühl von 3-4 Sterne. Im Vergleich zu Hotels im Osten der Türkei ist das Frühstück sehr üblich.

Great location, but a bit noisy without AC to keep windows closed. Friendly staff and fairly clean rooms. Breakfast was good for a 3-star hotel. Overall, a nice stay!

Reza RezaeipourI've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess.
There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan.
They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool.
Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming.
Overall it is worth it.
