We recently stayed at Kalachuchi Beach Resort and absolutely loved it! Located about 30 minutes from the port, this secluded gem offers a tranquil escape with its own private beach. The villas are spacious and comfortable, with two large beds and hot/cold showers. We appreciated the quiet and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the food at the restaurant was delicious and generous in portion size. The resort boasts a lovely pool and a private beach, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. While WiFi is limited to the reception, pool, and restaurant area, the lack of mobile signal actually encouraged us to truly disconnect and enjoy our vacation. A note for travelers: The Google Maps location is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check directions before arriving. Overall, Kalachuchi Beach Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing escape in Siquijor 🤍

Lage: Das Hotel liegt an der Westseite der Insel Siquijor, in der Nähe des Piers und ist etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk entfernt. Ein Schotterweg führt von der Hauptstraße zum Hotel am Meer. Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind schön, einfach und sauber! Das Hotel wurde vor sechs Jahren erbaut und verfügt über insgesamt nur zwölf Zimmer – buchen Sie also frühzeitig! Der Pool ist groß; wenn Sie im ersten Stock wohnen, haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Sprungbereich von Ihrem Balkon aus – ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Umgebung: In der Nähe gibt es nicht viele Geschäfte; Sie benötigen ein Auto oder ein Motorrad, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Es ist jedoch relativ ruhig; in anderen Gegenden hört man laute Geräusche wie Hühner, Hunde und Motorräder. Hier hören Sie nur das Rauschen der Wellen. Service: Die Besitzer sind zwei sehr hilfsbereite Menschen aus Peking. Sie halfen uns sofort bei der Ankunft mit dem Gepäck. Mietwagen, Motorräder und Tuk-Tuks sind leicht zu finden, sodass Sie die Gegend bequem erkunden können. Auch die Kellnerinnen sind überaus freundlich. Mahlzeiten: Das Frühstück ist ein typisches philippinisches Hotelfrühstück, eine Portion pro Person, einfach, aber sättigend. Es gibt auch chinesisches Essen, preislich ähnlich wie in Shanghai, aber sehr lecker! Wir haben jeden Tag dort gegessen.

Отель удачно расположен. В свободном доступе круглосуточно чай и кофе( в пакетиках).Завтраки у нас были комплементом от отеля( очень приятно), с 600- это супер!!!Выбор производиться по меню, очень сытно.Чистый, девочки убирают общую территорию ежедневно. Но номера: спрашивают уборка нужна, говоришь- да. А по факту приходят убирать , когда ты в номере, в самую жару, и конечно не удобно очень. Самое отвратное - это расположение кондиционера напротив кровати.  И при его работе дует четко на тебя. Мы так оба заболели😔.

We stayed for 2 nights at Zosimo’s Inn. Our rooms was massive with kitchen and a fridge. Our second room upstairs was where our young adults stayed. The place is clean, room was very welcoming. Bed has the right firmness. Sheets and towels were crisp white. Toiletries were provided. No Netflix or Disney on the TV. Reception answers inquiries promptly. This was the reason I opted for this place. The price I paid for was just right with breakfast included. There is a very close walkable street food in Lazi, which was great. Our breakfast was served in a nearby eatery where our meal was prepared as ordered. Overall, it was a good stay, aside from its distance from the main city- around 30 minutes. I can recommend this place if distance to the noisy main city is not for you. I was gonna upload photos but trip.com website takes a long while to upload. ☹️

Payag ni Capitan is truly one of the most relaxing places to stay in Siquijor. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy, beautifully designed surroundings. Waking up to the calming sounds of nature and enjoying the fresh island breeze made every moment unforgettable. It’s the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and recharge. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with amazing vibes, comfort, and genuine island charm, I highly recommend Payag ni Capitan. I can’t wait to come back!

I had the best time staying at mad monkey siquijor. Nelson was amazing and took the time to know everyone's name and treated everyone like a true friend. Definitely give this man a raise! He was a whole vibe! The facilities are cleaned daily and all of the staff is helpful making recommendations or helping to arrange transport. Rooms were very spacious with hot water, AC, and privacy curtains. Highly recommend if you're on the island. Shout out to Pablo the accountant too he and all of the staff make this place so special! Thanks again for everything!

Rezeption ist nicht an einem offensichtlichen Ort, schlechte WLAN- und Wasserversorgung. Einige kleine Probleme mit Innenraum. Balkon ohne Zugang zu ihm. Andernfalls, wirklich gute Lage, Frühstück, Umgebung. Nicht für einen langen Aufenthalt IMHO

Siquijor, wir kommen wieder! Hier konnten wir dem Großstadtrummel entfliehen und die Natur in aller Ruhe auf uns wirken lassen. Der hoteleigene Privatstrand, der Pool und das Meer – alles war so angenehm warm! Unglaublich, der Besitzer ist Chinese! Er hat mit uns Tee getrunken und uns von seinem entspannten Leben auf Siquijor erzählt. Der Besitzer, ein wirklich großzügiger Nordostchinese, hat uns auf Dumplings mit Knoblauchdip eingeladen – das war ein lange vermisster Geschmack von Heimat! Die Besitzerin ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch unglaublich herzlich. Sie hat uns sogar Pesos gewechselt (da wir nicht genug Bargeld dabeihatten) und das zu einem Kurs von 7,8 – der beste, den wir in den letzten 10 Tagen bekommen haben! Am Abend hat sie uns dann auch gleich die Route und die Sehenswürdigkeiten für unsere Inselrundfahrt am nächsten Tag empfohlen. Am nächsten Tag, für die Inselrundfahrt, hat sie uns ein Tuk-Tuk für 1400 Pesos organisiert, das uns von 8:30 Uhr morgens bis 17:00 Uhr nachmittags zur Verfügung stand. Der Fahrer war super nett und auf der ganzen Strecke sehr engagiert, hat uns an jeder Sehenswürdigkeit mit neuen Überraschungen begeistert! Siquijor ist wirklich eine absolute Trauminsel, die man unbedingt einmal gesehen haben muss! Eine wirklich wunderbare Reise...

We availed one seaview room and 1 highway view room. The highway room was so clean, like newly renovated, its perfect. Spacious, mlamig na aircon and new. Unlike the seaview room, mejo natanggal na ang paints sa may cr, and aircon is mejo luma and may konting alikabok. But OVERALL, WE LOVE IT. Just a few touch lang sa seaview. Will recommend this to friends and family!!

The room was spacious and very clean, the owner and staff are very friendly. The only downside is the noice from the street which can get very loud at night! The AC is also quite loud so we had to turn it off during the night and just manage the heat.
