Unser Aufenthalt war genau das, was wir brauchten, ein entspannender Wochenende, um mit der Familie in einem so komfortablen Ort zu verbinden. Die Zimmer waren unspottbar sauber, und sowohl Johnny als auch Victoria waren wunderbare Gastgeber, immer auf unsere Bedürfnisse und sogar über unseren Erwartungen. Der gemeinsame Raum mit einem schönen Bergblick war perfekt für die Entspannung und einfach die Zeit genießen. Wir liebt auch die Frühstücksauswahl, vor allem die frisch gemachte Haustierpandesel, die für uns ein echtes Highlight war. Sie haben auch einen erstaunlichen Koch, Priscilla, der für uns schmeckliche und leckere Mahlzeiten bereitet. Insgesamt ist es ein Ort, den ich allen Arten von Reisenden sehr empfehlen würde.

Our stay was truly amazing, made even more special by the excellent accommodation and outstanding service we received throughout our visit. From the very beginning, everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. A big part of what made our trip so smooth and stress-free was the incredible assistance from the manager, Ethen. She was very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely attentive to our needs. Even before we arrived, she had already taken care of all the important arrangements for us. From organizing our pick-up at the port to ensuring a comfortable transfer to the hotel, everything was perfectly coordinated. What impressed us even more was how she helped arrange all our tours. We didn’t have to worry about planning or logistics at all—every activity was thoughtfully scheduled, making our trip both convenient and enjoyable. Her effort and dedication really made a difference, and it felt like we were in very capable hands the entire time. Shoutout also to their staff Kate for ensuring our boat tickets. The accommodation itself was equally wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing us with the perfect place to rest after our daily activities. Everything about our stay felt organized, relaxing, and enjoyable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great accommodation and Ethen’s-the manager exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized getaway.

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. What impressed me most was how child-friendly the hotel is — my kids were happy from the moment we arrived, and they enjoyed every bit of their stay. From the thoughtful little touches to the welcoming atmosphere, everything made it easy and enjoyable to travel with children. The food was also outstanding, with a variety of delicious dishes that pleased both adults and kids. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a litte further down the sea front but tucked away from the noise while still being right on the water. The room was immaculate and spacious, cleaned everyday and (surprisingly) mosquito-free. The resaurant offers fantastic food at a great price and the whole place has a family run vibe. And it's this that I rate so highly about the place. I was solo travelling over the Christmas holiday and the ladies that run the hotel were so so welcoming and friendly.They offered for me to join their Christmas dinner and kept breakfast open to me 15-20 minutes late so I could catch the 9am dive and still eat when I came back. They were all so lovely, it didn't feel like I was alone over the festive period. If I am ever to visit PG again, I'll 100% be staying at Out of the Blue. This hotel is very new and somewhat inconvenient. It is high on a hill which was not very accessible by walking as major roadworks complicated the route and also slowed traffic up and down. While only 10 minutes away from the main Sabang area (climbing down), the climb up made it unpleasant and inconvenient either on foot or in a vehicle. The room was simple with limited facilities (no fridge or TV) and not competitively priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was spam and rice. The pool area was unwelcoming (exposed and bare of furniture). Service and support is pleasant but minimal. The place was empty and a little sad when we stayed (even though the town was busy). We were quite glad to leave. I think the place needs development and is a work in progress and when ready, it might be nice, but not yet.

This is a very cute place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the stay overall was enjoyable. The room was generally clean, with some details overlooked (like previous guest's receipt on the floor and a few other papers around the room, one of the towels was a bit dirty). The hotel only provides a toothbrush and a toothpaste (and shampoo and shower gel in the shower), but I found the lack of a bar of soap disappointing. The location is great, the hotel is right at the beach, and easily accessible. The hotel cafe is adorable, serves good food, and the staff is friendly and polite. As for the provided breakfast, I could choose from the breakfast menu at the cafe, and coffee was served directly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this adorable hotel to anyone visiting, it's charming and worth staying in!

Das Hotel ist sehr interessant als Mittelalters Schloss gebaut. Es gibt einen Schwimmbad auf dem Gebiet, manchmal live Musik wird um ihn am Abend gespielt. In den Zimmern Möbel aus natürlichem Baum, chic Betten mit Baldachin. Das Restaurant ist leckeres Essen und ein 20% Rabatt für Hotelgäste. Das Hotel ist nicht am Strand, sondern in der Nähe, in einer bequemen Lage im Zentrum. Von den Mängeln: Es war nicht immer heißes Wasser, das Zimmer sicher funktionierte nicht. Einige Zimmer sind hoch, die Treppe auf ihnen zu klettern ist schwer, es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für ihr Geld ist eine sehr gute Option.

Dieser Aufenthalt ist ein schönes Haus in den Hügeln von Sabang. Es ist ein Aufstieg, durch enge Treppen zu kommen. Wenn Sie schlechte Knie oder viele Gepäck haben, wird es schwierig zu erreichen. Die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist jedoch erstaunlich bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang, die das Wasser übersehen. Es bietet viel Privatsphäre und eine Flucht aus dem boardwalk/pier Bereich, wenn Sie Frieden und Ruhe wollen. Das Wi-Fi funktionierte gut im Zimmer, es gab Klimaanlage, und das WC wurde vom Dusch geschieden. Das Personal ist sehr willkommen und untergebracht. Ich würde vorschlagen, Frühstück mit dem Zimmer zu kaufen, da es erstaunlich war. Sie servieren sowohl westlich als auch filippinisch Frühstück. Insgesamt einen tollen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie die Wanderung dort beherrschen können.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.
