GGastnutzerThe location is good. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is also good. I booked 2 superior rooms for overnight stay on May 6 to 7. We encountered 2 incidents that happened when we were already on our deep sleep because we came from a long travel and was really tired, but was disturbed when a hotel staff knocked on our door at around 12:30 AM asking us if we ordered mineral water which we never did. And the other incident happened on the room of my brother wherein they were already sleeping but disturbed by a call from the reception around 1:00AM telling them if they are expecting a guests/visitors because there are visitors in the lobby but my brother didn't expect any guests . It was our first time to stay on this hotel and we were expecting a good and right service but unfortunately we experienced this kind of incidents. We also encountered problem on 1 superior room wherein TV is blurred and the aircon is not cold . They change the room to 1 single bed and just add a bed on the floor which for us is a downgrade.

AartfrommanilaEin Übernachtungsstopp auf der Reise nach Hause von unserer Reise nach Quezon. Nice Hotel und gute Lage.. Das Hotel hat Grundstück Parkplatz ein sehr gutes Vermögen. Das Zimmer war ok, aber obwohl auf dem 5. Stock war es schalllos wegen des Verkehrs unten. Aircon war auch sehr schalllos. Das Restaurant serviert hauptsächlich Chinesische Küche, so dass wir an anderer Stelle Abendessen hatten. Das Frühstück war Buffet-Stil und sehr begrenzte Wahl (8.30 am) als wir da waren. Das Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war effizient und freundlich. Insgesamt war unser Besuch ok und die + ist mehr als offset die - 's

Vvict209130Our family spent a night at 2205 Suites when we were heading from Tobaco City to Villa Escudero. We checked in very late at 11 PM at night and the check in process included picking one of the three rice dishes for breakfast. They also offer welcome drink like a 5-star hotel but the options are limited to black tea and coffee. It is my recommendation for the hotel to cut this offer because it really does not match the segment of this hotel and offers no additional value to the customer. Leaving some tea bags and coffee in the hotel room would be sufficient. The room is spacious with pretty new kitchen with appliance. The bathroom is also structured nicely; the standing shower is separated from the toilet and water from shower won't spill to the toilet area. The only complaint is that the water is lurk warm (or cold in my standard). Given that it was almost mid-night, I didn't bother to call the front desk. Just took a quick shower and slept for the night. Our room faced an open field and I truly enjoyed the view of looking at the river, coconut trees, and the playing cows. It is a hotel in a countryside and that is what I want.
