Very clean, modernised rooms, bed very comfortable, aircon old style hole in the wall mounted but okay, and key card which also turns on the power. Unfortunately, fridge and aircon go off too when you go out. After the bad rap breakfast has been getting, we made sure we went early (soon after opening at 6.00am), and it was more than satisfactory. Two staff were trying very hard to make sure we were happy... probably as a consequence of the bad reviews. Front desk very efficient, very handy commercial laundromat on ground floor where you can wash and dry two suitcases full of clothes for 260 pesos. A couple of minor issues we had were dealt with straight away. Very central location with a 5 minute walk to several shopping malls. CONS: Trip.com does not warn you that you will have to pay 2000 peso refundable deposit when you arrive.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby areas. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff are nice. They should improve their breakfast choices. Gym area is not ideal since it has limited equipment, area is small, and no proper ventilation.

Ich möchte meine Enttäuschung über den Service zum Vorderbüro zum Ausdruck bringen. Der männliche Mitarbeiter war überhaupt nicht aufmerksam; als ich ihn gebeten habe, sicherzustellen, dass meine Erweiterung aktualisiert wurde, versichert er mir, dass er sich um sie kümmern wird. Aber um 12 Uhr am nächsten Tag, erhielt ich einen Anruf an meinem Mobiltelefon vom Vorderbüro während ich in einer Sitzung, um zu fragen, ob ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängern würde. Zusätzlich bemerkte ich, dass die Frontbüro-Mitarbeiter während der Nacht offenbar engagiert, beschäftigt auf ihren Telefonen spielen, während ich Anweisungen gegeben habe. Dieses Niveau der Dienste entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen, und ich hoffe, dass Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden können, um mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität zu gewährleisten. Gast zuerst!

The Location is great it is in the heart of the city near to Banks & restaurants but room is old and the aircon is not so cold

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

It was okay. Location is perfect for uptown since it's very near SM. However the CR doesn't have a bidet, or basic essentials such as soap at least. There's no bathroom rug for wet feet, and most light-switches were broken. It's good for maybe a night but besides that it's actually pretty decent.

The location is within the heart of the city. There are bank atm, fast foods, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. Being a one or two star hotel accommodation and staff service is minimal. Great for short time stay and for solo travelers on tight budget only.
