The location is strategic, right at the heart of the city. Being adjacent to Ayala Mall Centrio is a plus too. You get to shop and dine and relax - all in the same area (building). Although it would have been nice to have a direct access from the hotel lobby to the mall (without having to go outside). Seda Centrio is the perfect choice for business travelers on official trips or families on vacation. The small gym has enough equipment for a chill workout and the pool is big enough to do some early. morning laps. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too!

The overall experience was good. We had a good sleep and good room service. The breakfast buffet options must be enhanced and upgrade the quality of the food they serve. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. They must think of a space giving other amenities such as a gym and a massage area.

The hot and cold shower was not working. They refused to give us complementary water during our second day even though we told them that we would not be availing the free breakfast because of our early flight.

It was okay. Location is perfect for uptown since it's very near SM. However the CR doesn't have a bidet, or basic essentials such as soap at least. There's no bathroom rug for wet feet, and most light-switches were broken. It's good for maybe a night but besides that it's actually pretty decent.
