Everything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected. The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby). The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed. Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

Service was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

Das Hotel war offensichtlich erst kürzlich renoviert worden, mit schönen Farben, ansprechenden Zimmern und einem ordentlichen Frühstück. Es liegt in einer sicheren Gegend von Miraflores und ist bei chinesischen Gästen sehr beliebt. Einziger Nachteil: Der Check-in war erst um 15:00 Uhr möglich. Wir kamen um 14:00 Uhr an und mussten lange in der Lobby im dritten Stock warten, da das Personal wiederholt betonte, die Zimmer seien nicht richtig gereinigt. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, und der Preis war angemessen.

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sicher und bequem, die Umgebung ist bequem zu kaufen und zu essen, die Hoteleinrichtungen sind komplett, der Service ist enthusiastisch, es gibt ein wenig kleines Leid, das Abwasser des Wurms ist wegen des Designs besonders langsam, alles andere ist ok!

Wir übernachteten in einem der Deluxe-Zimmer im Naia Miraflores und fanden das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – zentral und praktisch, um Miraflores zu erkunden. Unser Aufenthalt wurde jedoch durch einige frustrierende Serviceprobleme getrübt. Wir kamen gegen Mitternacht zum Check-in an, nachdem wir zwei Zimmer reserviert hatten, und erfuhren, dass nur ein Zimmer fertig war. Wir wurden gebeten, 20 Minuten auf das zweite Zimmer zu warten. Wir fragten höflich, ob wir stattdessen ein anderes verfügbares Zimmer bekommen könnten, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass wir warten müssten. Obwohl der Check-in an diesem Tag erst ab 15 Uhr möglich war – und wir für die ganze Nacht bezahlt hatten – bot das Personal weder eine Erklärung noch eine Alternative an. Wir hatten das Gefühl, unsere Anliegen wurden nicht ernst genommen. Außerdem war das Duschwasser im Deluxe-Zimmer kalt, was eine weitere Enttäuschung war. Wenn Sie spät anreisen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, vorher anzurufen, um zu bestätigen, dass Ihr Zimmer fertig ist, um ähnliche Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.

The hotel has everything a basic budget hotel should offer. It’s meant for solo travelers as the bathroom is transparent. It’s efficient in its design. But I wish they provide some bottles of water.

Insgesamt fand ich das Zimmer sehr sauber und schätzte das Layout mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten und einem Arbeitsplatz. Allerdings bemerkte ich, dass es keine Stromausgänge in der Nähe des Büros, die Arbeit schwierig machten. Zusätzlich erlebte die Dusche, während das Badezimmer hell und gut beleuchtet war, häufig Temperaturschwankungen. Was die Speiseerfahrung angeht, wurde die Frühstücksauswahl etwas monoton über einen vier-Nacht- Aufenthalt; ich habe jedoch geschätzt, dass das Personal gerne frisch gefüllte Eier auf Anfrage bereitet. Ich genossen auch das ausgezeichnete Restaurant im Erdgeschoss und die Bequemlichkeit, Edo Sushi über die Straße zu haben.

The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

Das Hotel liegt direkt im historischen Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Schritte von den Hauptattraktionen entfernt, das Personal ist sehr unterstützend, wir müssen unsere Taschen für 3 Tage verlassen und sie haben es bei der Rezeption ohne zusätzliche Kosten gehalten.
