Das Hotel liegt in einer perfekten Lage.Gerade nach dem Eintritt des Hotels wurde ich mit der Aussicht gefeuert.Wir haben ein sehr warmes Willkommen im Frontbüro mit einem willkommenen Getränk. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm, sauber und komfortabel 😊 Darüber hinaus sind die Mitarbeiter sehr gut betätigt und machte unser Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar.Mr. Brett Model,HMM war ein sehr ödmjuker Mann und er sicherte, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Mr.Danzung Sherpa,FOM war dort während unseres Aufenthalts, um uns zu helfen und zu erleichtern.Folgen Sie alle mit diesem Hotel verbundenen ist großzügig.🙏🙏 Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und fühlen sich wie eine heimliche Umgebung dort.Ich fühlte mich wirklich in einem Hotel Außen.Die Aussicht auf den Balkon ist wirklich Augenreinigung.Die Szene der Grün und der Pool Seite macht einen wirklich entspannt. Nahrungsmittel, die uns angeboten wurden, waren von hoher Qualität und wir genossen es viel.Die Sorten von Nahrungsmitteln und neuem Geschmack machten uns unsere Nahrung mehr genießen. Das Spa und eine Bar neben dem Pool lassen die Menschen das Beste genießen. 😎😎 Ich hatte wirklich Spaß, mit Freunden zu roamen und Fotos klicken 📷.Jeder scheint so freundlich zu sein.Während wir wieder zurückkehren, waren wir auch sehr gut gefallen von Mr. Brett Model und andere Mitarbeiter auch. Ich würde gerne dort bleiben, wenn ich nach Bhairahawa reise.😍😍😍I wirklich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Tiger Palace Resort.Danke Everyone 😊😊

Bleibt in Mourya während des Besuchs Nepal. Lage war sehr gut, nur 10 Minuten von der Grenze, und 40 Minuten Fahrt nach Lumbini. Wir blieben dort für 2 Nächte undf hatte einen Vertrag mit kostenlosem Frühstück. Einmal wurden wir das Frühstücksbuffet anbieten, das sehr gut war, vor allem die lokale Fafar roti (Buckwheat Pancakes), am 2. Tag, da es sehr wenige Gäste gab, wurden wir gebeten, Frühstücksartikel aus der Menükarte zu bestellen. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service war schnell und effizient. Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage war gut.

We feel very safe and secure. The staff are very gentle and helpful while we were there. I like the design of the hotel and environment around, lots of space for doing yoga practice as well. Love the foods and we enjoyed all the meals that we have there. Love it so much! Would recommend to others if they are here and wanna find good place to stay.

Area is very neat and clean.. from reception warm welcoming from Anisha and deep.. .. luggage shiftting is very fast .. and we enjoyed a lot. .. rooms are neat and clean .. We checked into Lumbini Palace Resort on November 24, 2023, for a two-night stay. Our experience was flawless; there were no service issues, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, upon checking out, I realized I had carelessly left behind a very important item in the room. The day after our departure, I contacted the hotel to inquire about my belongings. They assured me they had found them and would promptly send them back to me. Initially relieved, I awaited their response eagerly. However, as days passed, I received no updates despite my repeated requests for them to send my belongings via courier, with me covering the costs. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to respond to my requests, leaving me to make weekly follow-up calls. After more than three months of waiting, I was informed that my belongings had been lost. The excuses provided, such as changes in management or staff not being on duty, seemed unprofessional and lacked accountability. Losing items of great religious significance has been distressing, and the lack of genuine concern from the hotel only exacerbated the situation. Additionally, the absence of any communication from the new manager further highlighted the hotel's disregard for customer care. As someone involved in the travel industry, I had considered recommending Lumbini Palace Resort to my clients. However, based on my experience, I have decided against it. It's clear that the resort's staff need better training and a deeper understanding of their responsibilities in the hospitality industry. This incident serves as a reminder that exemplary customer service is essential for sustaining success in this field...

Rumbini Buddha garden resort is not only a hotel but also a beautiful garden with lotus pond , surrounded by lawns and forests, I really appreciate staff members of the hotel, they are so kind and sincere, helping me a lot in many ways, ready to offer what you need instantly. The room is clean, spacious and good light with morden facilities like Ac, hot shower, fast WiFi. It has two baconies where you can watch views and relax and dry your clothes. They are very considerate when cleaning rooms, even helped to fold my messy clothes and shoes, and to put back the clothes you dried in the bacony into the room, keeping everything tidy and nice. The food was very delicious too, I asked them to send to my room, they are very patient, packed the food carefully and delivered with the whole set of delicate dishes, glasses, spoon, knife and so on. In the morning you can hear the birds singing and the staff are diligently doing gardening, cleaning, washing. They even bow down to wipe the bricks of the road leading to room buildings in the garden which touches and impresses me. I am really grateful to all those who have served and helped me with warm hospitality and patience. I highly recommend Rumbini Buddha garden. It's a wonderful choice when you you are in Lumbini.
