Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

初めて鳥羽グランドホテルに泊まりました。ホテルは古いのでしょうが、リニューアルしたりとても頑張っている様子が伝わりました！フロントやお部屋、大浴場から見える景色が素晴らしいです🌊素敵な景色を眺めながらウェルカムドリンクもとても良かったです。スタッフさんはフロント以外ほとんどが東南アジアの方のようでしたが、皆さん笑顔でテキパキ働いていました。 食事もとても美味しくてつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。海鮮が食べたくてこちらのホテルに決めましたが、大正解でした！とくに鯛とイカのお刺身が絶品です。天ぷらやお寿司もライブキッチンで作ってもらえます。小さいですが伊勢海老や蒸した牡蠣も食べ放題です。朝食は豚シャブ、自分で具を選んで作るブイヤベース、鯛茶漬けが特に美味しかったです😋最高でした！2.3日食べなくてもいいくらいいただきました🐟 シャンプーバーというのも初めての経験でした。ミキモトのシャンプーがあり嬉しかったです。 鳥羽国際ホテルによく泊まりますが、こちらに泊まってみていつもとは違う新鮮な気持ちになりました。またお邪魔します。お世話になりました！

The inn was conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the Toba station and a short walk to Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium. Most of all, the hospitality of our lady host was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and she made onigri for our lunch when we left the inn. Will recommend this quaint inn to our friends in Sg!

Amazing people, amazing location, amazing food, and OMG the view — you will never want to leave. What more is to be said, it was awesome!

料理が食べきれないくらい種類が多くて手の込んだ 見た目も綺麗な素晴らしい料理でしました スタッフの方々も皆感じが良くてテキパキしてました お風呂は露天と室内と両方あり肌がすべすべになりましたお部屋に戻ってもずっと体がぽかぽかしていました お部屋はHPどおり落ち着いた風格で窓からの景色が良かった

Dieses Thermalbad liegt in einer relativ abgelegenen Gegend und ist daher ideal für Reisende mit dem Auto. Es bietet ein reichhaltiges Abendessen, komfortable und geräumige Zimmer sowie Meerblick sowohl von den Thermalquellen als auch von den Zimmern. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis ist die morgendliche Adlerfütterung – unbedingt einmal ausprobieren!

Der Service ist wirklich nicht so gut! Beim Betreten nahm niemand das Gepäck mit. Während des Abendessens war niemand an der Theke, sodass ich lange warten musste. Die beiden Kellner beim Frühstück sahen unsere dreiköpfige Familie an der Tür warten und weigerten sich, unsere Plätze einzunehmen. Die Frage, wo ich das machen kann, war äußerst oberflächlich! Diese Art von Service ist definitiv der schlechteste in Japan! Ich hatte wirklich Glück, nur eine Nacht bleiben zu dürfen!

伊勢神宮や横山展望台など行きたい観光地の近くにあり、家族でわんちゃんとも泊まることができるので本当にありがたい旅館でした！ また、旅館の方々も私たちにはもちろん、わんちゃんにも親切に接してくださり大変ありがたかったです！

Das Essen ist schön und präsentabel ...Einzigartig Stil.. aber ich bin mit meinem Sohn, so hoffe ich, dass sie auch denken, ob das Essen für meinen Sohn passt.. und die Seite ist ein Sklave.. Es tut mir leid.. keine Sauna und Karaoke
