Ich buchte dieses Hotel, weil mein Flug erst nach Mitternacht ankam. Deshalb suchte ich nach einer 24-Stunden-Rezeption. Außerdem hatte ich sie rechtzeitig über meine voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit informiert. Trotzdem war bei meiner Ankunft die Tür geschlossen, niemand antwortete auf die Sprechanlage, und das Personal an der Rezeption ignorierte mich völlig, obwohl es mich durch die Glastür hätte sehen sollen. Ich kam nur mit anderen Gästen mit Zugangskarte hinein, aber das Personal entschuldigte sich nicht einmal. Ich habe schon in Hunderten von Hotels übernachtet, aber so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Vorsicht.

Convenient to go to and from the Haneda airport.easy to catch the train to downtown tokyo. Kawasaki itself has a lot to explore as well. The breakfast from the coffee shop nearby was a litrle bit confusing since we were given 2 coupon each for 1 night stay so we were confused that we can use both coupons, but it end up that we were allow to use only 1, somof our friend was asked to pay extra charged due to this misunderstood. The amenities was less than other hotel from this brand.

Ein bisschen enttäuscht, da ich höhere Erwartungen für ein 4-star internationales Hotel habe. Buchte ein Nichtraucherzimmer, aber geräucherte Zigaretten von Zeit zu Zeit, als der Air-con war an. Durchschnittliche Sound-sichere Wand, da ich Mädchen neben den Türen chatten und lachen hören konnte.
Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass es nicht ein komfortables Aufenthalt für den Preis, den ich gezahlt habe.

Im really happy with my stay at Richmond hotel! Although I only stayed one night, my stay is exceptionally comfortable. Help yourself to the amenities at the hotel lobby and the bed is very comfortable. The room size is just right for 1 person.
The location of the hotel is near the train station, extremely convenient ! There’s also grocery shop and 7 eleven right across the street. I also like to mentioned the hotels staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Check in is swift and the staff are able to speak Chinese and English language. I didn’t get the staff name as I was in a rush but I really appreciate them making my stay so comfortable :)

Das Doppelzimmer ist etwas klein und die Füße des 1,8 Meter hohen Bettes liegen frei. Meine beiden Söhne sind beide große Kerle. Ich wollte eine Steppdecke hinzufügen, aber die Antwort war, dass ich nicht konnte. Ich blieb drei Tage dort und niemand hat es gereinigt. Ich fragte an der Rezeption und sie sagten, dass die Reinigung nicht im Preis inbegriffen sei. Vom Bahnhof Kawasaki sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hotel. Die umliegenden Einkaufszentren und Imbissstraßen sind sehr praktisch und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die heißen Quellen sind sehr angenehm im Vergleich zu den heißen Quellen in Hakone. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose kalte Getränke und Yakult, und ich habe drei Nächte lang kein kostenloses Ramen gegessen.

SSunniExcellent location, closed to JR and just upper floor of subway. Shopping malls, restaurants, and its just 15 mins express train to hanada airport, 30 mins to shibiya. Good for getaway, and early flight passengers. Friendly stuffs and daily cleaning service, 10% off for most of the restaurants at the buildings. Definitely will come back!

GGastnutzer房間老舊，半夜突然水管發出怪聲，找前台諮詢是否可以調整換房間，非常冷漠的告知沒有多餘的房間，也沒有辦法維修。
在攜程上預訂完成後，使用東橫酒店的會員卡進行check in，一人告知我可以15:00入住，當我三點上樓後發現無法刷開房門，返回前台詢問，又告知我由於在攜程上預訂的，衹能16:00後再進行入住
。
一直以來還蠻喜歡東橫的，川崎這家店確實蠻讓人失望的。

飯店餐廳的生意非常好，入住期間不管是晚餐、午餐都有團體訂位，入住時在大廳看到這麼多客人還蠻熱鬧的☺️服務很有老派飯店的氣氛（特別是房間內有蓋印章的集點卡，雖然老派但很可愛）
入住的房間屬於重新裝潢的樓層，房間裝潢很正統乾淨
睡的時候沒有特別注意，不過床真的很舒適，非常好入睡。
滿意外的是在房間內有JBL的藍芽鬧鐘喇叭（最近連高價飯店也不一定會提供）
飯店最近的車站，同一條線上距離少少幾站就可以到新市鎮「二子玉川」站，有機會一定會再入住。

スーツケースを引いているので、川崎駅からまあまあ距離があったのは想定外でした。
フロントの前に階段がありますが、窓から見えると、
すぐにスタッフの方が手伝いに来るので、荷物を持って上る心配はないと思います。
各階に電子レンジもありましたし、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも女性に人気のメーカーのが備え付けてありました。
室内用の使い捨てスリッパも別途あったら日本人は喜ぶかな？と思いました。

Ich habe Frühstück reserviert, aber er sagte, er hätte jetzt nichts zum Frühstück. Es gibt einen bequemen Geschäft vor der Hoteltür, also kein Problem.
