"The location is great as it is next to train station and the shopping outlet. The parking experience is terrible. The receptionist has trouble in English explaining the parking cost 4000yen a night. She also didn't tell me the car must also checkout at 11:00am the next day. I got charged again when I pick up my car at 12pm. The room was okay. However, there are insects/bugs in bed. I got bites a couple of times during my sleep. There is also a very annoying robot in the Reception lobby that get in the way when we are busy moving our luggage. There is no concierge or bell boy to help with luggage. Overall staff are friendly, but the overall system of staff management and training and the over service to provide may need some rethinking."

Alle Zimmer sind ziemlich sauber , außer es gibt einen schwachen Geruch von Körper von letzter Gast (s), der nicht vollständig entfernt wurde. Auch passiert zum anderen Zimmer, das ich für meine Familie reserviert habe. Bett ist komfortabel, aber kann mehr tun, indem ein anderes Kissen hinzugefügt. Onsen ist sauber, aber keine Atmosphäre, zu hell, um in Onsen zu entspannen.. empfehlen, warmes Licht anstelle von weißes Licht zu verwenden. Die Lage ist bequem mit einigen F&B-Outlets um sie herum, benötigt 8Min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof Chiba.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

Alles gut, bis auf das WLAN, das nicht gut ist. Es empfiehlt sich, ein Executive-Zimmer zu buchen. Es gibt eine Lounge mit Meerblick, in der Sie frühstücken und gut gelaunt in den Tag starten können. Der Standort liegt ganz in der Nähe des Veranstaltungsortes der Tokyo Game Show. Sie können den Veranstaltungsort zu Fuß über die Überführung erreichen.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

Guter Service, viele Einrichtungen sind diversifiziert (mit Comic-Schlafschirme, Massage, kostenlosem Getränk usw.), Frühstück wird viel gewählt, die Lage ist nahe dem Milliarden Blatt Zentralstation, sehr bequem und das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr empfohlen 👍

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

Großes Hotel, anständige Lage – Die meisten Dinge, die Sie benötigen, sind in der Nähe, einschließlich Bahnhof und Busbahnhof (was ziemlich bequem, wenn Sie am Flughafen früh am Morgen gehen), sowie Einkaufszentren und Komfortgeschäfte. Ein bisschen von der Stadt und den Orten, die man als Touristen besuchen möchte, aber Vorteile überwiegen sicherlich Nachteile! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfreich, sie sprechen auch Englisch, das ist ein Leben retten für jemanden, der nicht genug Japanisch befehlt. Eine gute Wahl für Ihren Aufenthalt!

成田空港から東京に到着した際にこちらのホテルを利用しました。成田エクスプレスを使えばアクセスも良く、最寄り駅からホテルまでも徒歩数分と非常に便利な立地でした。空港からの移動後にすぐ休める場所として、とても使い勝手が良かったです。 設備面では特に不便な点はなく、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。価格も手頃で、出張や短期滞在にはちょうど良いホテルだと思います。 一点だけ気になったのは、チェックイン時間がやや遅めで、チェックアウト時間が早めに設定されていたことです。もう少し柔軟であればさらに便利に感じられたと思いますが、日本のビジネスホテルでは一般的な運用かもしれません。 全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが高く、安心して利用できるホテルでした。次回の出張の際にもぜひ利用したいと思います。

Es war eine Freude, im Hotel Famy zu bleiben, sauber gutes Frühstück und eine sehr gute Rezeption Mitarbeiter vor allem Kozo, die freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit empfohlen geschlossen in Makuhari hongo St.. nur 45 min von Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) Ich blieb dort 8 Nächte direkt Onsen mit Sauna am oberen und lokalen Hal’s Lebensmittelrestaurant am oberen, wenn Sie lazy gehen zu essen Basis und gute Geschäft oder wenn Sie eine günstigere Lösung und nicht Geht nicht mal 45 Minuten Fahrt nach Tokyo auch leicht zum Flughafen zu kommen mit Kristi Linie so eine gute Lösung .
