"Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾"

GGastnutzerIch war auf Geschäftsreise und habe hier sehr angenehm übernachtet.
Das Zimmer war sauber, der Schreibtisch benutzerfreundlich und die WLAN-Verbindung stabil, sodass ich effizient arbeiten konnte. Das Personal war zuvorkommend, und sowohl der Check-in als auch der Check-out verliefen reibungslos.
Die Lage ist gut, mit guter Anbindung an den Bahnhof und Restaurants und Supermärkten in der Nähe. Ich hatte daher keinerlei Probleme während meines Aufenthalts.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Ich kann das Hotel Geschäftsreisenden wärmstens empfehlen.

Service wise! Apaka ganda! This is a business hotel, kya full service cla. Di na aku nag avail ng breakfast kc nga, bawat sulok may kainan. Since this is 1.5 hours from tokyo. Laking tipid dito. Ung pamasahe from chiba to tokyo nsa 300-500 pesos lang. Para ka lang nag taxi. Di kna lugi. Got it for a special. Nsa 2k lang per night. Mas ok dito kesa capsule na para kang nasa loob ng crematorium. Ahaha 🤣 Sana after ng review na to di cla mag taas ng price. Ahaha

GGastnutzerThere is a direct bus from the Narita Airport to the hotel lobby. Great hotel that is valued for money. Best thing is that the distance to the bus interchange and train station is less than 400m. There is paid shuttle bus to Aeon City. Foods around the area are great. Thank you

Dieses Hotel bietet für seinen Preis überraschend geräumige Zimmer, was ein klares Plus ist. Mein Zimmer in einem der unteren Stockwerke hatte zwar nicht den in manchen Beschreibungen erwähnten Meerblick, aber ich fand es komfortabel und geräumig.
Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück im 21. Stock. Der Panoramablick war wunderschön und sorgte für einen angenehmen Start in den Tag.
Die Sauna war angemessen, wenn auch nicht besonders beeindruckend.
Einziger Nachteil: Der Bus-Shuttle war schwer zu finden. Das Fehlen eines klar gekennzeichneten Standorts oder eines QR-Codes machte die Suche ziemlich frustrierend. Hier sollte das Hotel unbedingt ansetzen, um das Gästeerlebnis zu verbessern.

NNazanins diaryThis was my second time staying at Green Tower Makuhari, and once again I had a pleasant experience.
The location is excellent — it’s very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
One of the best parts is that Mitsui Outlet Park is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect for shopping and dining without needing to go far.
Transportation is also very convenient, with a direct subway/train keiyo line connection to Tokyo Disneyland and also goes directly to tokyo station as well , making this hotel a great choice for Disney visitors as well.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location, and the fact that I chose to stay here again says a lot. I would definitely recommend it for both leisure and short trips.

GGastnutzer成田空港から東京に到着した際にこちらのホテルを利用しました。成田エクスプレスを使えばアクセスも良く、最寄り駅からホテルまでも徒歩数分と非常に便利な立地でした。空港からの移動後にすぐ休める場所として、とても使い勝手が良かったです。
設備面では特に不便な点はなく、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。価格も手頃で、出張や短期滞在にはちょうど良いホテルだと思います。
一点だけ気になったのは、チェックイン時間がやや遅めで、チェックアウト時間が早めに設定されていたことです。もう少し柔軟であればさらに便利に感じられたと思いますが、日本のビジネスホテルでは一般的な運用かもしれません。
全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが高く、安心して利用できるホテルでした。次回の出張の際にもぜひ利用したいと思います。

GGastnutzerIt was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
