Hotels in Chiba mit Frühstück

The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel feels new overall. However, there were a few minor imperfections in my room, such as a chipped corner of the baseboard. I stayed in December and used the air conditioner for heating, which worked fine. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with access by room key via the elevator. The selection is quite good and includes European options. The menu changes slightly, so it does not get boring. There are signs asking guests to return their used trays themselves, so please keep that in mind. Regarding the signs, I was surprised that in this hotel you need to specifically request room cleaning at the reception. I have stayed in many hotels where the door sign has two sides, “Do Not Disturb” and “Please Clean the Room”. Here, the sign had only one side, “Do Not Disturb”. I think this is something the hotel could improve, as it is not very convenient to ask for room cleaning separately. It would also be helpful to add more English translations. For example, all the buttons on the TV remote control are labeled only in Japanese, and the notice on the slippers saying “please do not take them home” is also only in Japanese. I can understand some Japanese, but for other foreign guests this may be confusing.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

Wenn der mechanische Parkplatz des Hotels belegt ist, muss man den 300 Meter entfernten Münzparkplatz nutzen (1.500 Yen pro Tag – mit einem Hotelcoupon). Es wird nur ein Zimmerschlüssel ausgegeben, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Da man beim Verlassen des Zimmers die Schlüsselkarte herausnehmen muss, kann man weder die Klimaanlage noch das Ladegerät im Zimmer benutzen. Ich habe um einen zusätzlichen Zimmerschlüssel gebeten, aber sie haben dies abgelehnt. Ich hoffe, das könnte verbessert werden.

Es gibt zweifellos bessere Zimmer zu ähnlichen oder höheren Preisen, aber ein 5-Sterne-Hotel kann folgende Vorteile nicht bieten: 1. Direkter Zugang zum Bahnhof Chiba, der auch mit mehreren Einkaufszentren verbunden ist; daher müssen Sie nicht extra für das Frühstück bezahlen, sondern finden unten eine große Auswahl zu günstigeren Preisen. 2. Waschsalon im Haus mit drei Waschtrocknern (Kombigeräte). Die Kosten für das Waschen eines Paars Socken reichen aus, um mit diesen Maschinen die Kleidung für zwei Tage zu waschen. Da sie sich im Innenbereich befinden, müssen Sie sich keine Gedanken um das Wetter (Regen oder Hitze) machen. 3. Sie können ein Zimmer im japanischen Stil mit etwa einem Zehntel eines traditionellen Wafu-Tatami-Zimmers erleben (normalerweise gibt es kein Nichtraucherzimmer). 4. Kostenloser Spind, der auch am Abreisetag zugänglich ist. Weitere Vorteile eines typischen Businesshotels: 1. Schnelles und sicheres WLAN mit fast 400 Mbit/s Up- und Download und gültigem WPA3-Standard, keine Mitgliedschaft erforderlich. 2. Individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage mit Kühl-/Heizmodus. Da es sich um eine zentrale Klimaanlage handelt, bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob der Kühlmodus das ganze Jahr über funktioniert. Während meiner Aufenthalte kühlte das Gerät das Zimmer jedoch recht gut. 3. Selbst-Check-in/Check-out, wahrscheinlich müssen Sie im Gegenzug alles sofort bezahlen. 4. Ausreichend Steckdosen und Tische. 5. Standardmäßig wird Ihr Zimmer nicht gereinigt/betreten, Handtücher und Mülleimer können optional ausgetauscht werden. Mir wurde gerade im Stadthotel beim Zimmerservice die Unterwäsche gestohlen, daher bin ich sehr froh über diese Option. Mögliche Nachteile: 1. Der Bahnhof ist tagsüber nicht besonders störend, aber in der Nähe der Schlafplätze ziemlich laut. Man braucht also keinen Wecker, um um 6 Uhr aufzustehen. Für alle, die gerne im Zug schlafen, könnte das aber ein Vorteil sein. 2. Im Gebäude selbst ist das Rauchen nicht verboten, und der Aufzug vom 1. bis 4. Stock wird mit einem Spielautomatenladen geteilt. Im Waschsalon riecht es immer nach Rauch. 3. Es gibt keinen Bademantel. Der Preisunterschied zu einem Stadthotel ist aber groß genug, um sich selbst einen zu kaufen.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

My family love this place! Very reasonable price for family accommodations of 4 person. Comes with simple delicious free Japanese breakfast from 06:30-09:00 daily in hotel lobby and free tea or coffee until 10:00. Very nice helpful staff. 200 yen for Wash one load of clothes for 30 minutes and 100 yen for drying also 30 minutes, large wash loads should split into 2 loads for drying if wanted to dry quicker. Near shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Chiba JR train station (specially good if you going to Disneyland or Disney Sea area). 5/5 stars. Would book again if coming to Chiba.

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .
