"Clean and large rooms as compared to other APA hotels, big toilet too. Lots of facilities but do not have enough time to explore. Good location m. My room facing Tokyo bay too. Covered linkway to major buildings and shopping centres. They even have a limousine bus to Narita airport costing $1200 yen."

SSAICHOLGood location, near Chiba station and shopping area, shops and restaurants, and just about 150m near monorail station. Hotel is VERY CLEAN and the room doesn't have a musty smell, modern Muji style, full of facilities, and very nice service staff. Overall is very nice.

JJCZIHotel is really close to JR station, close to shopping mall, Makuhari messe, parks, many places.
The room is bigger than usual japanese hotel rooms, toilet is separated from the shower.
Onsen is nice, and after there's free ice cream. Really happy with my booking

GGastnutzerFrom NRT go to CHIBA. Then take a train via Keisei to CHIBA CHUO. Uulitin ku, CHUO. Dalawa kc ung Daiwa Roynet. Itong Hotel na to tapat ng KEISEI Hotel. If Value for money, super YES. Service wise! Apaka ganda! This is a business hotel, kya full service cla. Di na aku nag avail ng breakfast kc nga, bawat sulok may kainan. Since this is 1.5 hours from tokyo. Laking tipid dito. Ung pamasahe from chiba to tokyo nsa 300-500 pesos lang. Para ka lang nag taxi. Di kna lugi. Got it for a special. Nsa 2k lang per night. Mas ok dito kesa capsule na para kang nasa loob ng crematorium. Ahaha 🤣 Sana after ng review na to di cla mag taas ng price. Ahaha

Das Hotelpersonal war super nett, sie wussten, dass unser Gepäck beschädigt war und versuchten ihr Bestes, um uns zu helfen. Sie trösteten auch unsere Stimmung und taten alles, um uns wundervolle Erinnerungen an unsere Reise zu bereiten. Eigentlich müssen sie nichts tun, aber sie ergreifen die Initiative, um den Gästen zu helfen. Der Service ist großartig. Alles, was sie getan haben, hat uns während der Reise wirklich tiefe und schöne Erinnerungen beschert!
Und das Outlet ist weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist.
Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die Fahrt zur Aeon Mall dauert etwa 7 bis 8 Minuten. Allerdings war unser Aufenthalt dieses Mal kurz und wir konnten viele Orte nicht besuchen. Muss beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

not all staffs in the hotel (and in the local shops) can speak english and you should be prepared to speak japanese around chiba, which i assume is part of the reason why the stay is relatively affordable with amazing quality
chiba is a good city too, very nice to walk around and in 20 minutes you can head to inage for one of the best sea views of tokyo bay, seems like theres bbq there too its crazy
hop on chiba if you:
- can speak japanese (or is at least willing to work on it)
- like small japanese cities
there are also a few other similarly priced hotels in the area, i have only stayed in this one and i was too lazy to transfer to another during my stay, i believe hotels in chiba are generally great like this due to lower tourist traffic

AAnonymer BenutzerDas ist ein fantastisches Aufenthaltsort. Das Personal ist freundlich und geduldig und die Lage ist großartig für einen schnellen Zugang zum Zugsystem. Wir waren dort für die Star Wars Celebration und es war fantastisch, ohne massive Mengen zu springen. Zwischen dem Bahnhof und dem Hotel gibt es eine Handvoll Lebensmitteloptionen, darunter zwei 7-11s, die bis Mitternacht oder später offen bleiben. Insgesamt waren wir froh über unseren Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerHotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

GGastnutzerMy family love this place! Very reasonable price for family accommodations of 4 person. Comes with simple delicious free Japanese breakfast from 06:30-09:00 daily in hotel lobby and free tea or coffee until 10:00. Very nice helpful staff. 200 yen for Wash one load of clothes for 30 minutes and 100 yen for drying also 30 minutes, large wash loads should split into 2 loads for drying if wanted to dry quicker. Near shops and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Chiba JR train station (specially good if you going to Disneyland or Disney Sea area). 5/5 stars. Would book again if coming to Chiba.

LLini KaloumairaIt’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.
