Ich habe meinen Vater für seinen Geburtstag nach Italien gefahren und die erste Nacht unseres Aufenthalts hätte nicht besser hier gelaufen sein können. Margrita war so willkommen und freundlich, uns ein Glas Saft oder Wasser bei der Ankunft anbieten. Sie gab uns dann eine Plenarta von verschiedenen Kreuzen, um als Teil des Frühstücks zu wählen. Es gab einen klassischen Kurs von Buffalo mozzarella und Tomaten, dann ein geschmackvolles Kreuzen und eine Platte frisches Obst. Die anderen Leute, die dort bleiben, sagten, es sei das beste Frühstück jemals, und ehrlich gesagt, stimme ich zu. Die Zimmer waren unglaublich gemütlich und schön, komplett mit einem Kühlschrank, um Wasser zu lagern, um die Wärme zu halten (Luftkon arbeitete eine Behandlung, und es gab auch komplimentäre Wasserflaschen auf unserer ersten Nacht). Die Aussichten auf die kleinen Balkone in den gemeinsamen Bereichen waren schön, die Zitronenbaum. Die Lage war großartig, etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, was für uns perfekt war, als wir aus dem Husten und Büsten waren. Und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, als wir ankamen. Alles in allem 10/10 ehrlich, und ich verlasse meist keine Bewertungen, aber ich fühlte die Notwendigkeit, diesen Ort zu tun und Margrita Gerechtigkeit! 😊

Charming Stay in the Heart of Sorrento Hotel Maison Il Conservatorio is perfectly located—just a 6-minute walk from the train station and car rental return, making arrival super convenient. Though there’s no on-site parking, they offer a helpful valet-style service for a fee and booking The hotel sits on the rooftop of a kindergarten, which is both unique and endearing. Surrounded by plenty of great eateries and a short walk to the port for day trips to Capri, Positano, or Amalfi, the location is ideal for exploring. The interior is creative, colourful, and full of personality—a truly refreshing design. While it lacks a ground-floor reception (which would be helpful for managing luggage), and there are no pool or major facilities, it still offers a pleasant and memorable experience. A bit pricey for what it is, but I’d definitely consider staying here again for the charm and location alone.

My family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wanted—restaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and more—was just a few steps from the guesthouse. The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences. The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functional—not designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city. On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.

The place is only 10 minutes from central station of Sorrento, calm area but have very good restaurant 3minut walk and little shop for daily needs . Ou room has nice views, comfortable bed, And Tv plus little fridge if you need to put cold things , with the cute bathroom we have everything we needs. Is really like boutique hotel with three rooms and big enough dining room it make perfect getaway time , not crowded just enough to have nice little chats with other guests. What’s more our host Carmela is a very kind ,attentive and helpful person , she provides us with all information about the town and help us with what we need. Will definitely back again and recommend to anyone who wants to come to Sorrento . We have very enjoyable time and relaxing, specially beautiful sunsets views with glass of cold wine it’s perfect to end the hot summer day.

Meerblick Hotel. 3 Sternen aber mit schönem Pool, Meerblick Sitzplatz für Gäste zu entspannen. Handwasch , Haartrockner , kleines Badezimmer. Dusche sehr eng, aber manuell. Locker. Air con. Zimmergröße ( reserviert Standered) ok. 15M ! Manageable Zimmerreinigung gut . Bed komfortabel ! Tafel. Alles in 3 Sternen ist geistig buchbar ! Jetzt Negative Punkte . Sie können nicht lange schlafen. Max 8-9am. Als Auscheck ist 10.30am max. BF 7/10. Als andere Gäste beginnen Schließtüren zu gehen, so dass Sie sie hören. Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

Der Grund, warum wir uns für ein Hotel mit Pool entschieden haben, anstatt für einen am Strand zu bezahlen. Sehr enttäuscht. Die Duschen sind sehr klein, wir sind keine großen Leute und fanden es schwierig zu duschen. Der Balkon war gut, da man die Kleidung draußen spülen und trocknen konnte, sie aber nur über den Stühlen platzierte. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber zum Frühstück gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, was großartig war. Rührei, Schinken, Käse, Gebäck, Saft und Kaffee. Die Lage beim Verlassen der Fähre war großartig, da man mit dem Gepäck direkt am Hafen war. Wenn Sie in die Stadt gehen, müssen Sie eine große Treppe nach oben nehmen oder Sie können am Strand entlang zum Aufzug an der Straße laufen, dessen Nutzung 2 Euro kostet. In der Bar im Obergeschoss gibt es atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge, es ist herrlich, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, und es gibt einen DJ, der schöne, langsam singende Musik spielt, die alle Generationen genießen können. Allerdings sind die Getränke an der Bar etwas günstiger. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss des Hotels war großartig. Für 7 Euro Margherita-Pizza erhalten Sie als Hotelgast 10 % Rabatt. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich wahrscheinlich in der Stadt übernachten, da ich näher an allem bin, aber ich gehe gern spazieren und wandern, um Sport zu treiben, daher funktionierte die große Treppe für mich, für viele Menschen jedoch nicht. Ich denke, das Hotel hat vielleicht gesagt, dass es ein kostenloses Taxi in die Stadt gibt, bin mir aber nicht 100 % sicher.

Wir kamen um 10:30 Uhr an und erfuhren, dass der Check-in um 15:00 Uhr sei. Wir fragten zweimal nach, weil wir dachten, es sei später als üblich. Die Dame mit der Brille bestand darauf, es sei 15:00 Uhr. Als wir später online nachschauten, fanden wir heraus, dass es nach 14:30 Uhr war. Wenn das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, hätte sie es einfach sagen können, anstatt uns in die Irre zu führen. Zweitens war dies das einzige Hotel in ganz Italien, das nicht einmal kostenlose Wasserflaschen anbot. Sie finden sie in der Minibar und sie kosten 3 Euro. Zur Ausstattung gehörten Pappbecher und kleine Fläschchen Duschgel/Shampoo, die am nächsten Tag nicht ersetzt wurden, sodass wir mit dem bisschen Seife vorliebnehmen mussten, das noch übrig war. Das Bett war schrecklich zusammengewürfelt. Im Badezimmer war in vielen Ecken Schimmel, die Wände waren schmutzig und wirkten, als wäre es seit Jahren nicht mehr gründlich geputzt worden. Das Gute war, dass es Ersatzkissen und einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stuhl gab. Das Frühstück war eines der besseren, die wir in Italien hatten. Die Lage war fantastisch, 1 km zum Hafen und es gab einen Lebensmittelladen in der Nähe. Der Preis war auch angemessen (250 Euro pro Nacht), als wir buchten. Wir überlegten jedoch, unseren Aufenthalt zu verlängern, und überprüften zwei Wochen vor unserer Ankunft, dass der Preis um über 50 % gestiegen war. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war es meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr wert.

We stayed 3 nights at Santa Fortunata Village in Dodome Tent No. 9 and had a pleasant experience overall. The village is located a bit outside of Sorrento town, but since we were driving, the distance wasn’t an issue. For those not driving, they do offer a buggy service, which is convenient. Our tent didn’t have the best view, but we were still able to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay, with no disturbances from other campers. The bed was comfortable, and the tent included a plug point and two USB ports. However, there were no built-in lights, so we recommend bringing your own portable USB light. There were ants on the ground, but it wasn’t a major problem. The parking lot was spacious, and the shared bathrooms and toilets were a short walk away. Showers had hot water, and there were plenty of basins and mirrors available. The provided hair dryer was quite weak, so it’s better to bring your own if needed. The village also has mini marts and a restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant once—it was a bit pricey, but the atmosphere was elegant and enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They offer excursions as well, though we had already planned our own itinerary. All in all, it was a comfortable and quiet glamping experience. We'd definitely consider coming back!

stayed here with a friend and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, but it's just a short walk from the main street, which made it convenient yet peaceful. The room had a fantastic view, which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure — something we appreciated after long days of exploring. However, while the shower was advertised as having fancy jet options, none of them worked. This feature really shouldn't be promoted if it's not functional. The room was marketed as a deluxe bedroom, but in reality, it's a standard double room without any frills. We would’ve preferred if expectations were set more accurately — under-promising and over-delivering always makes for a better guest experience. Breakfast was basic and nothing to rave about, though we weren’t expecting much there, so no big disappointment. All in all, it’s a solid option for a short stay. But i won't be recommending for family or friends. Tbere are better option elsewhere. Just need to be booked in advance 😊
