Als wir Probleme mit unserem ursprünglichen Zimmer hatten, tat Marlienna alles, um die Situation zu bereinigen und sicherzustellen, dass wir einen unvergesslichen und komfortablen Aufenthalt hatten. Marliennas Professionalität und Engagement waren offensichtlich, als sie sich die Zeit nahm, uns alternative Zimmer zu zeigen und unsere Optionen für eine geeignetere Unterkunft zu besprechen. Ihr proaktiver Ansatz und ihre echte Sorge um unsere Zufriedenheit haben unsere Erfahrung im Hotel wirklich verbessert. Dank Marliennas Bemühungen konnten wir ein Zimmer finden, das unsere Erwartungen übertraf und uns ermöglichte, unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen zu genießen. After I  had made my booking I realised I didn’t have breakfast included as was suggested on my booking information I contacted the Conrad hotel and was told if I added breakfast for two  on then it would be €25 each if I left it until I booked in to add breakfast it would cost €30 each so I obviously booked it for €25 each but when I finally booked in to the hotel I met  a very condescending receptionist who informed me that they don’t do discounts and breakfast was €30 when i explained that it was not a discount she continued to tell me they don’t do discounts and eventually said she would ask her manager and came back with the same information  to me at this point I was so embarrassed that I agreed to pay €30 each but when she finally put the booking through it wasn't accepted which at that point another receptionist came to check the computer and could see quite clearly that I had my breakfast booked for €25 and told the other receptionist that it was clearly signed by an appropriate manager so eventually I got booked in but the breakfast I felt was very disappointing as it was the first time ever I was asked to pay €9 extra for anything extra from the breakfast alacart  menu which meant if I just wanted poached eggs I had to pay €25 plus €9  I was not impressed the whole issue with the payment for breakfast while trying  to book into the hotel and then realising that you had to pay extra for what’s normally on a breakfast menu anyway. No i certainly wouldn’t be going back to the Conrad or recommending it

Dieses Hotel ist sehr neu, modern, gut gestaltet und minimalistisch, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind praktisch und durchdacht ausgewählt. Die Zimmer verfügen über eine Küchenzeile, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Der Komfort ist außergewöhnlich hoch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The hotel is very close to the public transportation and the mall which is one of the biggest in Dublin In addition the cinema with updated movies Restaurants are nearby as well I would recommend the hotel for visitors I will book it when I have a trip to Dublin

Das war ein okayes Hotel. Mein Hauptkritikpunkt ist die anfängliche Sauberkeit. Überall war so viel Staub, eines der Handtücher war voller Flecken, die Dusche hatte Schimmel und das Bettlaken hatte einige Flecken. Ehrlich gesagt war ich angewidert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihr Zimmer bei einem Aufenthalt von weniger als 7 Tagen nicht gereinigt wird. Für die Reinigung muss man extra zahlen. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war gut (vielleicht den Aufpreis von 14 Euro pro Tag nicht wert). Die Lage war großartig, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kanal entfernt, wo es viele Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, verfügt aber über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, wenn Sie für einen längeren Zeitraum bleiben und kochen möchten (obwohl ich mir beim Wäscheservice für Kleidung nicht sicher bin). Persönlich werde ich diese Kette vor allem aus folgenden Gründen nicht noch einmal buchen: die Sauberkeit und ich bevorzuge ein Hotel, in dem das Zimmer täglich gereinigt/neu bestückt wird.

I decided to ditch staying in the city centre based on my below par experiences there on my last trip. When looking on Trip.com, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dalkey was the same price as several dorm rooms in the city centre when I looked. Getting there from Dublin Airport was relatively straightforward. I took and Aircoach from the airport to Dalkey/Ulverton Road and then walked for about 15 minutes. Up to the hotel entrance. The hotel is fairly old fashioned but personally I found it very charming. The staff were well-trained in the art of hospitality, the rooms were clean, locals were in and out of the bar, restaurant and leisure centre. Furthermore, the room was spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The tv had a nice range of channels and the bathroom had a working shower and an abundance of towels. One thing missing was a toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. I was told that you can get slippers on request as well. Get the breakfast. It’s €16 and it’s a buffet style with a delicious selection of hot and cold food. There’s rashers, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, the works. I wish I could’ve eaten more! I loved that they had a wide range of ages working there as well. One of the staff tripped when she went to ask if everything was ok and she said ‘I’m fine, I’m falling for you!’ It was then that I knew that I was home. The leisure centre is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. I’ve stayed in so many places where it’s literally an empty room with a few bits of old equipment but they had loads of weights, treadmills, bikes, etc. They do classes and physiotherapy as well. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. Plenty of ages in both as well but it wasnt overcrowded so you’ll get a few lengths in if you want. Lastly, make sure to go for a walk about Dalkey and the surrounding areas. I spent the morning walking down to the Vico Baths, the Forty Foot (both swimming locations) and passed through Dalkey Village. Plenty of people will be out with their family and friends whether it be for a walk, bike ride, swim or a coffee and a chat. Ditch Dublin City and say yes to Dalkey!

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. There is a shuttle to the airport that the reception staff will book for you upon check in. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you have an early flight the next day.

Der Bonnington ist meist mein Hotel in Dublin, aber der Aufenthalt vor diesem und jetzt hat mich in Zukunft irgendwo anders suchen lassen. Das Personal war wie immer außergewöhnlich, aber unser Zimmer war falsch meine Rezeption um 5 Uhr angeordnet (und auf einem früheren Aufenthalt wurden wir in der Mitte der Nacht durch einen falschen Feueralarm erwacht, so ein vollen Nachtschuh ist keine Garantie). Das Hotel ist sehr schwach und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die kleineren Fragen wie das Möbeln alt und Lederstolen weichen und fliegen waren kein großes Problem, nur eine leichte Störung. Aber das Bad/Dusche, das überall leckt, wenn es von der Basis des Rohrs verwendet wird und das Boden nass schlucken lässt, das Dampfzimmer ist aus der Ordnung und uns nicht darüber informiert, wenn oder auch nach der Buchung, und die Fülle und der Pool und andere Einrichtungen wegen der Nicht-Hotel-Nutzer mit Mitgliedern der Freizeitclubs, die die ganze Heißröhre und Sauna auf einmal in persönlichen Gruppen aufnehmen, war frustrierend. Das Zimmer war auch sehr heiß, und das AC sehr laut, während es eigentlich nicht viel zu kühlen. Es gab nichts besonders zu bleiben, was sie vernichtet, aber wenn Sie über 200 Euro für eine Nacht irgendwo wohin Sie erwarten, dass die Dinge zumindest durchschnittlich sein. Die Hauptentgeltung war die Freundlichkeit und freundlichkeit des Personals.

Fabelhafter Aufenthalt ... Das Zimmer war fantastisch ... danke an Stephanie an der Rezeption, die uns ein Upgrade gegeben hat. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und die Lage war großartig für einen Auftritt im Olympia.

My husband and I had been planning this trip to Dublin for quite some time. And when we found this beautiful boutique hotel online, we were so excited. As soon as we arrived And checked in, there was a lot going on in the lobby area, so it was a little overwhelming. We saw a lady at the desk, but we weren’t sure that she actually worked there because she didn’t greet us. Didn’t even look our way. It seemed like she had a general disinterest or disdain for us being there. I asked, “Is this the front desk to the hotel?” To which she responded in a monotone voice, “Yes.” I was shocked that this was the first impression of the hotel that we were getting. What made it worse was that my husband was told that we needed to put a card on hold and he proceeded to tap his card thinking that it was like all the other places we had been to in Ireland. But it didn’t work. Several times he tapped it and it showed nothing. He asked the lady, “does your tap work? Do you have tap?” To which she replied a curt, “no.” Mind you, she was standing there the entire time and could see the entire situation. This interaction was such a bummer, and this made our short trip to Dublin feel a little sour.  To be honest, not all of the stuff was like that morning. We woke up to get a coffee downstairs, and the gentleman that works at the coffee bar was very warm. A young Spanish speaking man. He was absolutely amazing; patient and willing to answer any questions About the items on the menu And the different pastries available.  Overall, the hotel was a mixed bag. It had a very chic vibe but outside of that lovely gentleman, their customer service can definitely improve!
