We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point. Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

This hotel is under rated. We had a great stay and we’re upgraded to a suit. The room was like a small apartment with a great size balcony to watch the afternoon weather roll in and the clouds reveal mount Marapi. The suit was extremely clean and stylish with good amenities including pod coffee, glass bottled water and full set of toiletries. Breakfast was great- many different varieties of local and western choices and also included a large bakery selection. The location was handy - 20minute walk to Malioboro st and easy access for grabs. We hired bikes and had undercover parking and found in Google Maps to be an easy location to ride to. I have left the staff till last… the staff here are the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met. The level of respect offered to guests is next level. I take my hat off to 101 group for the standard of staff training. Even the maintenance guys took time to say hello and make you feel welcome. Thanks for a great stay I will %100 look for your brand when booking in future locations

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Das Frühstück wurde gut und interessant. Insgesamt ein angenehmen Aufenthalt für unseren 1-Nacht-Unterkunft.

Love this new hotel, recently opened Oct 2025 - super friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast spreads were amazing, they change the menu daily (local ones), made to order omelette station! The Jogya Sky Lounge were amazing, spent my 4 nights enjoying the live acoustic music, a great way to wind down your day after touring around town. Distance Walk to the Malioboro only 10 mins, just be careful with the traffic, pretty narrow street, had an accident when I arrived, they’re very attentive, Pak Afandhi assisted me, very grateful for the help - Thank You 🙏🏻 The first hotel I went that provide water cooler on each floor, very environmentally friendly so you can refill your water bottle. Welcome drink changes daily, found Wedang Uwuh is very good! 😊 Pool and gym a bit disappointed, wished they’re bigger.

My experience at ARTOTEL Yogyakarta is truly impressive — the digital art installations at the reception area, well chosen art sculptures and paintings, the warm staff greetings, the scent, the atmosphere, the design, and the overall hospitality felt like a real piece of modern art. It sets very high standards for the ARTOTEL chain.

Die Lage ist gut. Nahe dem Bahnhof und Tourismusbereich. Personal ist freundlich. Ausstattung ist grundlegend, aber ok für diesen Preis.

Ich weiß nicht, warum dieses Hotel eine Check-in-Regel um 15.00 Uhr einführen muss, OK, in Ordnung, aber wenn das Zimmer fertig ist, bringen Sie zumindest die Gäste so schnell wie möglich herein, insbesondere Gäste von außerhalb der Stadt ( siehe ktpx). Gäste von außerhalb müssen müde sein, Sir!!! anders als Gäste, die zur Showzeit sind. Ich kam um 01.45 Uhr im Hotel an, die Check-in-Abteilung war erledigt, aber ich konnte das Zimmer noch nicht betreten, ich musste warten... währenddessen diejenigen, die später eincheckten, weil die Gruppe zuerst das Zimmer betrat. Hallo, Vorgesetzter , Manager, ändern Sie Ihre Regeln, überfordern Sie Ihre Empfangsdame nicht. Ignorieren Sie nicht weit entfernte Gäste, um der Gruppe ein hohes Einkommen zu ersparen Das Hotel ist gut ... ikonisch. Ich lobe vor allem den Sicherheitsbeamten, der außerordentlich aufmerksam ist, um Gästen zu helfen und den Verkehr zu regeln

Dieses Hotel kann ich Reisenden empfehlen. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Der Pool war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war gut. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel.

This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

Es ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Service ist gut. Die Rezeption war mit dem Geschäft nicht vertraut und das Zimmer war im Grunde auf dem Niveau eines Gästehauses Ziemlich laut. Ich habe mir das Zimmer angesehen und es als inakzeptabel empfunden. Viertägige Bestellungen können nicht storniert werden. 4,3 Punkte sind objektiver.
