We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point. Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

Ich habe zwei Nächte dort verbracht. Das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht war in Ordnung, sah sauber und ordentlich aus. Doch dann tauchten in der Nacht Kakerlaken auf. Auch am nächsten Tag, nachdem ich sie gemeldet und Insektizid versprüht hatte, kamen sie immer noch. Schließlich bat ich in der Nacht um ein anderes Zimmer, da ich mich unwohl und angewidert fühlte. Mir wurde umgehend ein Zimmerwechsel und ein Upgrade gewährt. Der Gedanke an die Kakerlaken, die die ganze Nacht herumgelaufen waren, hat mich aber immer noch traumatisiert. Und nicht nur eine, sondern gleich drei wurden gefangen! 😭😭 Das Frühstück fand ich nicht besonders lecker, die Auswahl war aber recht gut. Der Duschbereich war nicht überdacht, sodass der Boden ständig nass und unangenehm war. Die Bedienung im Restaurant auf dem Dach war wirklich schlecht. Da dort nicht nur Hotelgäste essen durften, waren der Parkplatz und der Speisesaal auch von externen Gästen überfüllt. Das war etwas unangenehm. Hoffentlich gibt es bald Verbesserungen.

This hotel is under rated. We had a great stay and we’re upgraded to a suit. The room was like a small apartment with a great size balcony to watch the afternoon weather roll in and the clouds reveal mount Marapi. The suit was extremely clean and stylish with good amenities including pod coffee, glass bottled water and full set of toiletries. Breakfast was great- many different varieties of local and western choices and also included a large bakery selection. The location was handy - 20minute walk to Malioboro st and easy access for grabs. We hired bikes and had undercover parking and found in Google Maps to be an easy location to ride to. I have left the staff till last… the staff here are the friendliest, kindest people I have ever met. The level of respect offered to guests is next level. I take my hat off to 101 group for the standard of staff training. Even the maintenance guys took time to say hello and make you feel welcome. Thanks for a great stay I will %100 look for your brand when booking in future locations

Ich hatte einen guten Aufenthalt, da mein Zimmer gut gepflegt war und die Fenster direkt vom Sonnenlicht erhellt wurden. Was die Ausstattung angeht, fiel mir jedoch auf, dass es kein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett gab. Der Kühlschrank war ebenfalls kaputt und es gab eine Verbindungstür zum anderen Zimmer, was ich seltsam finde. Wie auch immer, diese Erfahrung hat mich aufgrund der Sauberkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich weiß es zu schätzen, dass sie mich kontaktiert haben, um zu fragen, ob sie saubermachen können, da sie im DND-Modus waren. Insgesamt werde ich bei einer weiteren Geschäftsreise dennoch wieder in diesem Hotel buchen.

The hotel provides with excellent breakfast. Soto mie was wonderful. This morning I has laksa. The taste was excellent. Croisant was also good. The staff helped me make cuppucino. Good. The staff told me that there will Be yoga class but later they told me for women. Quite dissapponted. The swimming pool is ok. The shower room is clean. The facility of sauna is good. There is gym .

I recently stayed at a hotel smack-dab in the middle of the tourist area, and wow, what a convenience! Everything was right at my doorstep, making it super easy to explore. The room itself was comfy, and I appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities. It was the perfect basecamp for all my adventures. Honestly, if you're looking for a central spot, this kind of hotel is a solid choice.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe der Malioboro Street liegt. Das Einchecken war ein Kinderspiel und sie haben das Zimmer meiner Eltern für ihren Jahrestag dekoriert. Sie bekamen einen kostenlosen Kuchen.

Großes, etwas klassisches Hotel mit vielen geräumigen Zimmern, die teilweise etwas renovierungsbedürftig sind oder deren Ausstattung erneuert werden müsste. Der wunderschöne, große Eingangsbereich ist etwas versteckt – das gilt für das gesamte Hotel mit seinen vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der schöne, ebenfalls große Swimmingpool mit unterschiedlichen Tiefen liegt in einer reizvollen Umgebung. Meiner Meinung nach wird er viel zu wenig genutzt. Von 9 bis 16 Uhr scheint die Sonne. Auch der Fitnessraum wird kaum besucht; das Ergometer müsste dringend ersetzt werden. Neue Möbel rund um den Pool wären wünschenswert. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, ein wunderbar reichhaltiges Buffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Portiers bräuchten neue Kleidung – ihre ist durch die Sonne etwas ausgeblichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es nicht viel zu unternehmen. Man kann Malioboro in 50 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen – in der Rushhour fast so schnell wie mit dem Taxi. Gleich um die Ecke rechts in die Gasse gelangt man zu einem leckeren, günstigen Warung oder weiter zum prächtigen Zoo – ebenfalls in 50 Minuten zu Fuß.

This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

Es ist fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Der Service ist gut. Die Rezeption war mit dem Geschäft nicht vertraut und das Zimmer war im Grunde auf dem Niveau eines Gästehauses Ziemlich laut. Ich habe mir das Zimmer angesehen und es als inakzeptabel empfunden. Viertägige Bestellungen können nicht storniert werden. 4,3 Punkte sind objektiver.
