Novotel Palembang is easily one of the best 5-star hotels in Palembang! Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

Ok, hotel bintang 3, kamar oke meski ambil yg tanpa jendela, breakfst enak, parkir jgn lupa minta stamp ke resepsionis

Nice hotel for me to stay at that night, staff good and nice to me

Strategische Lage.

Very nice hotel, with good location. Right side this hotel we can find many restos, cafe, supermarket. 250m from hotel there is Bakmi Aloi.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Please increase the cleanliness of the room, some area already look dirty. Check in time to be increase There should be option for deposit with Credit Card Breakfast was good Staffs number need to be reviewed as it took quite long to deliver our request We also brought a car and registered that on the receptionist but seems the system is not working properly then we kept paying
