Hotels in Lombok mit Frühstück

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

Ein ausgezeichneter Ort. Die Lage ist einfach top – direkt am Schildkrötenstrand, man muss nirgendwo hingehen oder fahren. Die Schildkröten schwimmen jeden Tag direkt am Hotel. Außerdem ist das Hotel etwas abseits der belebtesten Orte (10 Minuten zu Fuß), daher ist es dort immer ruhig und entspannt. Es liegt auf der Sonnenaufgangsseite; für Sonnenuntergänge und Partys sind wir mit Fahrrädern und Rollern auf die Sonnenuntergangsseite gefahren. Sehr netter Service und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück wird à la carte serviert – man kann mehrere Gerichte pro Person bestellen. Ich empfehle das Almarik-Ei, aber auch alles andere ist ziemlich gut, es gibt eine große Auswahl an Obst und Gebäck am Buffet. Die Bungalows selbst sind ausgezeichnet, sauber und geräumig. Das angenehmste Hotel während meiner gesamten Reise auf Bali und den umliegenden Inseln. Im Moment gibt es kleine Renovierungsarbeiten im Poolbereich, die aber den Betrieb des Pools nicht beeinträchtigen und nicht stören. Von den Restaurants in der Nähe gefiel mir Capre Diem am besten – riesige Portionen, alles lecker. Ich war jeden Tag dort.

Sehr nettes, relativ neues Hotel. Alles sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, die sich sogar Mühe geben sich die Vornamen zu merken! Große Zimmer und großes Bad. Man kann Fahrräder und EBikes ausleihen. Es ist leider genau auf der anderen Inselseite zum Hafen aber das ist schon in Ordnung, ansonsten ist die Lage sehr gut und ruhig und man ist innerhalb von 2min am Strand. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht für jedermann (eher Mittagessen) aber man kann sich auch einfach Rührei bestellen (fällt sehr klein aus). Ansonsten alles super, wir würden wiederkommen!

Stets überaus freundlicher Service. Es wird aktiv nach Feedback gefragt. Das Restaurant und der Pool sind Bereiche der Hotelanlage, die zum verweilen einladen. Essen und Trinken war sehr lecker. Der Strand vor dem Hotel war nur leider sehr verschmutzt, in der Nähe gibt es aber andere wunderschöne Strände. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Wände sind etwas dünn. Das Internet bot leider nicht die beste Verfügbarkeit. Es gibt einen Roller-Verleih direkt vor der Einfahrt, aber achtet auf den Tankstand. Andernfalls bietet das Hotel einen Fahrservice, sowie Touren an.

Diese alte Dame ist ein wenig abgenutzt (30 Jahre alt), aber funktional und hat ein tolles Grundstück und Gärten und ist gut gepflegt. Ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick wurde sehr geschätzt. Der Service war schnell, obwohl die Wartezeit manchmal besser sein könnte, aber was soll's, Sie sind ja im Urlaub. Erwähnenswert ist die einladende und fürsorgliche Haltung aller Mitarbeiter des Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen und bot lokale und westliche Speisen. Der Pool hatte eine gute Größe mit separatem Kinderbecken und meistens genügend Liegen. Eine bessere Auswahl an Fernsehkanälen wäre schön, aber wenn nicht, bringen Sie auf jeden Fall ein Tablet oder iPad mit, um über Ereignisse informiert zu sein. WLAN ist überall verfügbar, also ist das eine gute Sache. Bin mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

Great location beachfront; good distance from party-crowded-downtown. The staff is great, friendly, always happy to help, always with a smile. Rooms were very spacious but  a bit older.  Few things to improve:  - only one chair in a room for 2 - the doors are not closing well, we had mosquitoes every night - not enough shade, pool and beachfront chairs are all in direct sun - hotel is next to a beach club with dance floor music until 22.20h; do not plan to get to sleep earlier Still, great place, great island, great people.

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Nice hotel, good clean comfy rooms and a good pool. Rooms are a little small but nice and cosy. Very picturesque location. The breakfast was also not bad, and they have bicycles available to rent. The location is great if you don’t want to be in a busy and loud area. It’s on the other side of the island to the main area, around 10 minutes bicycle ride, so no problem if you’re heading ‘downtown’ as the island is so small. Just be prepared to get a horse drawn carriage to and from the hotel with your luggage for check in/out haha, genuinely! Would recommend if you’re looking for a nice chilled stay.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Gili T! The pool is fantastic, the food is incredibly tasty, and the staff are truly amazing always attentive and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. I'll definitely be coming back!

Made this booking in May 2026. The resort is absolutely beautiful. No complaints about that. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, gorgeous swimming pool and a decent tiny kitchen. However I am not so sure if it is maintained regularly. When we arrived, we were given the wrong set of keys for BOTH the main gate outside the house and also the door to the house itself. For a good 4 to 5hrs, nothing was locked. We were also assigned to the wrong room. We made the booking based on the photos on Trip.com and I always make comparisons to other travel sites for the same resort. What I thought I booked turned out to be a completely different room. This is annoying and it is the 2nd time this has happened on Trip.com. Perhaps they should stick to the room names and photos similar to the ones the resort uses instead of placing the same pics on every different room. There is no hot water in this resort. I cannot believe a beautiful resort like this has no hot water for showers. So we resorted to boiling hot water from the electric flask but when we did so, there was a power trip and this happened at midnight. I had to find the DB and turn the switch on. No problem on that but still a grave inconvenience. Rubber stopper for the tub doesn't trap water. So overall, this is a great place to stay. However, the location is really really far from anywhere. There are no eateries or restaurants nearby and Tiu Kelep is 2hrs away. Nearest Gili is about 1.5hrs away depending on traffic. What you will see is shop houses, mills, bike shops, very industrial feel to the surroundings. But the staff was excellent. Despite all the troubles and issues, they made our stay as comfortable as possible. We have nothing but gratitude to them especially Mr Handri. Decent guy and super trustworthy. Such an asset for Ombe to have him there.
