Wir sind gerade von einem sehr angenehmen 4-Nacht-Unterkunft im Hilton Puckrup Hall, Tewkesbury zurückgekehrt. Unser Aufenthalt wurde von der Mitarbeiterin sehr angenehm und komfortabel gemacht. Vielen Dank an Tchin und Zara bei der Rezeption, immer willkommen und hilfreich auch an Elias und Molly im Restaurant am Abend. Nur kurze Fahrt in die historische Stadt Tewksbury, das Hotel verfügt über einen Golfplatz, Spa, Fitness und Pool mit Jacuzzi, Dampf und Sauna-Zimmer, die wir oft verwendet haben, und ist in wunderschönen grünen Grundstücken, umgeben von Golfplatz und Landschaft. Das Frühstück war großartig mit viel Auswahl und das Frühstückspersonal war sehr hilfreich. Wir genossen leckeres Essen für das Abendessen im Restaurant mit einem schönen, gemütlichen Ambiente. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, leicht zugänglich zu den herrlichen Cotswolds, Wales und den Mavern Hills. Aber wieder war es wirklich das Personal, das es gemacht, sehr willkommen, hilfreich und professionell. Geben Sie sicher, dass Sie in das historische georgische Puckrup Hall Manor House Teil des Hotels gehen, ein klasse II-Gebäude, an das Rezeptionsbereich angeschlossen, ein Glasweg, der Sie in einen schönen Glasgartenraum und Lounge führt. Es ist schön, wir genossen unsere Morgenkaffee dort. Wir werden sicherlich zurück sein. I want to bring to the attention of the hotel and other guests a rather pressing and, dare I say, uncomfortable issue regarding the size of the toilet seat in our room. I just hope that all the rooms do not have the same issue. Much to our discomfort, the toilet seat was far too small for an average user. To put it plainly, it is so narrow that when seated, the skin on one’s posterior comes into direct contact with the porcelain itself. Not only is this a source of great discomfort, but it also raises concerns regarding hygiene and the overall user experience. While I fully appreciate the importance of space efficiency and cost-effectiveness, I believe that the health and comfort of your guests should be a priority. A toilet seat that is not sized appropriately poses a significant inconvenience, and I am sure you would agree that no one wants to endure the indignity of feeling physically connected to the cold porcelain during a visit to the toilet. I hope the hotel replaces the current seat with one that is appropriately sized or at least provide an alternative solution to prevent further discomfort for your patrons.

Nur von einer Übernachtung hier zurückgekommen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Rezeptionsbereich ist sehr modern, sauber und stilvoll. Unser Zimmer war auch intelligent und spotless. Vielleicht könnte das Badezimmer eine Update verwenden, aber es war wirklich gut. Wir benutzten das Freizeit-Club Dampfzimmer, Pool und Outdoor-Jacuzzi. Das war alles sehr schön. Auf dem Weg zurück zu unseren Zimmern halten wir uns an der Bar in der Nähe der Rezeption, wo der Bartender meine Frau einen fantastischen Espresso Martini machte. Tut mir leid, dass ich Ihren Namen nicht erinnern kann - weiblich, blond, viel jünger als wir und sehr freundlich. Später haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Luxustige Starter zu teilen (perfekt gekochte Scalops) dann fantastisches Bier für mich und schön gegessen Hase für meine Frau. Auch der Wein war ziemlich gut und ich mochte den Touch, mir zu sagen, die nächste Flasche von Malbec war etwas zu kalt und mir die Chance zu holen ein Glas anderes während ich wartete. Alles in allem empfehlen wir dieses Hotel sehr und es muss gesagt werden, es wird von dem Personal, das freundlich und schuldlos gemacht. Sie alle machen den Ort stolz. Danke.

Have stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door. On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again. Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.
