Hotels in Oxford mit Frühstück

Das Hotel ist ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, ein moderner Zimmer und ein Frühstück, das ich nicht realisiert habe.  Hilfe beim Personal, schönes sauberes Hotel.  Bushalte 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Busse sind regelmäßig zum Stadtzentrum (ca. 15 Minuten entfernt).

Really cannot believe that a smaller room with low ceiling and small windows was given, so had to return to reception and ask for the correct category of room, but was told that the room booked is under maintenance, only different room was available now. After hours of waiting, the correct room was finally given. Funny thing was that when browse the hotel website, there are still same rooms available. Why such common tricks would have happened this luxury hotel?

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, und das Zimmer war komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr bequem, nahe dem Stadtzentrum Oxford, so dass es einfach, die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Das Hotel hat einen leicht vintage / traditionellen Stil, der es einen Charakter gibt, obwohl es sich vielleicht etwas altmodisch für Gäste fühlt, die ein moderneres Design bevorzugen. Eines ist, dass es keine kostenlose Parkplätze gibt und das Hotel keine Parkplätze auf der Website bietet. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto reisen, müssen Sie in der Nähe kostenpflichtige Parkplätze im Voraus arrangieren. Insgesamt ist ein sauberes und gut gelegenes Hotel mit klassischer Gefühl, aber nicht ideal, wenn Sie fahren.

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel mit einer guten Bar und Restaurant unten. Das Zimmer ist schön, sauber, minimalist, aber gute Möbel und anständige Dusche. Nur eine Beschwerde - wenn Sie nicht ein Fan von Kapselkaffee (und ich bin sicher nicht) und Sie nur eine Tasse Tee wollen, es ist eine Schmerz, die Kaffeemaschine zu Google zu arbeiten, um herauszufinden, wie man es verwenden, wenn nur eine einfache Kettle wäre gut gewesen. Nur 4 für die Lage wegen des Chaos an der Botley Road Bridge, die zumindest dieses Mal im nächsten Jahr voranschreitet! Liebe Frühstücksmenü mit guter Service.

We were attending a wedding in Oxford and the city centre hotels were very expensive. The reviews for the Black Boy were good so we booked.  It was a joy to stay here and we had a fabulous weekend..  Great location - about 10 mins in taxi from centre and bus stop about 5 mins or so walk.  Buses went to the city centre and railway station.  The room was lovely, as were the welcoming staff.  Breakfasts were very good and the pub had a nice atmosphere and an outside garden area.  Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Oxford.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Vor Kurzem unternahm ich eine Alleinreise durch Europa und stellte fest, dass Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse alle ähnlich alt und groß waren. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war zwar etwas unpraktisch, aber die Toilette befand sich direkt vor meinem Zimmer, was sehr praktisch war. Das Hotel besticht jedoch vor allem durch seine günstige Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist ein altes Hotel, es gibt keine Lifts, die Treppe sind auch relativ klein, die beiden Zimmer sind gut, das Zimmer ist relativ groß, auch sauber, die Zimmerausstattung ist auch sehr komplett, das Bad ist zu klein, einige können sich nicht umdrehen. Das Frühstück hat eine kalte Option, es wird empfohlen, zu essen.

It’s not really a hotel, but more like a B&B with some hotel like features. Moving up the luggage to the room on the top floor was rather inconvenient although the receptionist,Alex, was very helpful. Breakfast was ok, but since there isn’t a restaurant in the accommodation, you’ll have to drive out to find food beyond breakfast. Besides the receptionist Alex, I didn’t quite get a warm feeling when we encountered the hosts, which is unusual given our experience in other cities in the UK so far. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Sehr sauber und komfortabel, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber dennoch weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, und es gibt keine Supermärkte und Läden in der Nähe. Beste Gastfamilie für diese Reise.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and overall the room was comfortable and tidy. Its location is very convenient, close to Oxford city centre, making it easy to get around and explore the city on foot or by public transport. One important thing to note is that there is no free parking available, and the hotel does not provide on-site parking spaces. If you’re travelling by car, you’ll need to arrange nearby paid parking in advance. Overall, a good option for cleanliness and location, but not ideal if you’re driving.
