"Das Hotel wurde von der schönen „jeden Morgen“ Kate warm willkommen begrüßt. Die Buchung war eine Brise. Mein privates Zimmer war im 3. Stock und während es grundsätzlich das Zimmer, das Bettwäsche und das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Hotel unterliegt einer externen Renovierung, so wurde in der Skaffelung abgedeckt. Auch ein wenig externen Lärm während des Tages von frühen Morgens Vertragspartnern, die auf den Straßen arbeiten, aber war immer noch ein schöner Budget-Stadt"

"Best is location and staff. Both are top notch. Breakfast above average too.
Rooms are spacious and well appointed, but the whole building needs constant tlc as it is battered by strong winds and rain some spells during the year, but understandable if anyone knows Brighton's weather."

"Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect."

GGastnutzerCame here for the night as a little getaway for myself and I can say I definitely chose the best hotel. Immediately coming in, the staff are so welcoming and attentive.
The interior to the hotel is beautiful and timeless. My room was gorgeous and the bathroom was lovely with good lighting to get ready in!
Overall I’m so impressed and will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

GGastnutzerReally lovely stay, they checked us in a little early and helped with a delivery which was so useful. The room was really nice, comfortable beds.
We even had a warm welcome from one of the locals when we got to the room 😉
Location very convenient but you don’t notice any notice from the station. Easy to walk to all the main spots

It was also really good value, I have noticed the price has gone up now. However still a great place to stay.

GGastnutzerA stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. Her 1st time in Brighton. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun. All staff were attentive, friendly and inclusive.
There’s a real charm and nostalgic atmosphere about the old building that is on the beach front enabling Breakfast to see the sea. The only reason I have not given a 5 star 🌟 is due to some signs of wear and tear / dated chairs although they were comfy and snug. Thanks to all Queens staff we will be back

GGastnutzerOn arrival it was busy but the very lovely lady on reception was super polite and efficient. She explained parking/permit and good streets to find a spot. The bar staff were also very attentive. I did ask for a quiet room as my previous stay in Brighton on the seafront was very noisy. I was assured it was a fabulous room and quiet on the corner of the building. Unfortunately there was a manhole cover on the seafront road needing attention and every time a vehicle hit the middle it was like going over a cattle grid.
I mentioned this to a very defensive young man in the morning who really didn't show any concern and said there was not alot he could do apart from notify the council. When I suggested there was plenty he could do by putting me in another room/or more importantly my point was for future guests again he showed little empathy. I also had problems re-entering the hotel late the previous evening as I was told I had too much to drink after being out to an event locally with friends!! When I said I was a resident and all I wanted to do was go to bed a manager had to be called. The doorman chewing gum and smirking the whole time. All very unnecessary.

GGastnutzerThe room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants.
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on.
We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026!
Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab!
There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Stauraum.
Das Bett war bequem.
Großes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche. Denken Sie daran, die Jalousie zu schließen, da das Fenster kein Milchglas hat!
Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und sehr lecker, die Auswahl war jedoch begrenzt.
Der Frühstücksservice war schnell und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Check-in und Abreise verliefen reibungslos, und ich konnte mein Gepäck für ein paar Stunden dort lassen.

Rooms are large, but slightly odd with a window that looks into the sink and shower so you always have and audience if you like it or not.
Two single beds unsecured with two single mattresses to make a superking bed wasn’t ok as we kept having to push the beds back together.
We would stay again, but it is a little bit of an odd room set up.

No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility.
But overall great view and nice staff.
