GGastnutzerDie Gegend, die auf die Kontrolle wartet, ist sehr englisch und sehr schön. Wir haben ein klassisches Zimmer festgelegt, das Hauptgebäude durchqueren muss, den Garten durchqueren und zum zweiten Stock eines Pferdeshauses kommen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Badezimmer ist auch groß. Aber die Lage ist etwas enttäuscht. Hohe Preise und hohe Hotelposition, Lassen Sie uns automatisch die Standardsicht des Zimmers besonders gut sein und die Stadt Bus zu beeindrucken. Die tatsächliche Situation ist enttäuschend. Die Aussicht auf die Straße ist auf der anderen Seite und durfte nicht das Fenster öffnen. Der englische weiße Chef des Lieblings-Büros hilfreich, die Gepäck zu holen, und es tut Ihnen leid, keine kleinen Gepäck zu geben. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker, Die Pflanze ist besonders lecker. In diesem Ort müssen Sie die Anforderung ständig kommunizieren. Sie können besser.

GGastnutzerCentral location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

The only shirtcoming is we had to drive into the city for dinner as we wanted something different from what the hotel restaurant provided. Apart from the location, we were happy with our stay.

Ich verstehe, wie beschäftigt diese Zeit des Jahres, aber sie sollten mit ihm in Einklang stehen, kommt zur Reinigkeit.Ich wähle immer FREI IN EXPRESS, weil ich im letzten Jahr sehr gute Erfahrung in Schottland (NEW YEAR) habe und es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung.. Also dachte ich, es wäre das gleiche hier in HI Express Bath.. Wir reisen als Familie und mein Sohn 11y/o ist autistische, mit ADHD und OCD sowie allergie ...Diese Art von Bett(Sofabett LINEN ist nicht akzeptabel für jemand, der dort bleiben wird ...we wurde gesagt, zu warten, bis wir unser Zimmer besetzt haben, um dieses Sofabett bereit zu sein, Noch nicht mit Bettwäsche für diese ... wirklich verheerende, so traurig und enttäuschend ...

GGastnutzerThe hotel had great location and tasty breakfast. The room was nice and good toilet. Great room service for bringing your delivered food to your room for you. However the staff needs to improve their communication skill and knowledge. I was told that I could buy breakfast prior to the day I want the breakfast and I didn’t have to book a time slot. However when I wanted to check out I was told that I was charged the price of the breakfast that is bought on the day, not the day prior. I later talked to the staff and they understood their staffs mistake. The hotel doesn’t have dinner service I was told.

GGastnutzerDer Service war sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels war sehr bequem. Wir wurden von Rajeev begrüßt, der wirklich hilfreich und bequem war. Er und sein Kollege gingen aus ihrem Weg, uns zu helfen und stellten sicher, dass wir nachgesehen wurden. Wäre sicher noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn wir in Bath sind.

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.

GGuest UserPositive - hervorragende Empfangsmann (Vipin) und ohne seine Hilfe hätte ich wahrscheinlich früh geprüft. Hat Parkplatz. Vernünftige Lage und Zugang zum Zentrum des Bades. Hat eine elektrische Kessel und ein Paket von Cookies.
Nicht so positiv - In dringender Notwendigkeit, die Bodenspitzen zu schaffen, das Bad außerhalb des Badezimmers waschen. Es ist nicht für arbeitsbezogene Reisende, da Sie nicht einmal ein Eisen verwenden können, ohne den gesamten Gebäude-Hauptschalter abzuschieben und wenn das geschieht, gibt es keine 24-Stunden-Aktive Rezeption. Kein Fan oder Eisen im Zimmer, so müssen Sie fragen. Kleine Computer-Monitor verwendet als Make-Switch-TV, die Sie aus einem Schrank ziehen müssen. Kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Wert für Geld gibt es nicht so viele bessere Orte verfügbar zu gleichen oder niedrigeren Preis.
